My how time flies! 'Tis it the season to be jolly again! Whether you had a terrific year, or if it was one of the most challenging years of your life; whether you celebrate the holiday season or not, now is the time for us all to be hopeful for the next year.
 
This has always been one of the happiest times of the year for my family. I love seeing the joy on children's faces as they are released from school for the holidays and look forward to relaxation, fun, and of course ... presents! I think that this has been one of the greatest rewards for me as a parent - that and seeing them grow to become beautiful young adults. As a single mother of 4, It hasn't always been easy, but I always have hope - I always look forward and strive to make the next year better than the last - for my children, for me, and for all of you.

Regina Baker, LMFT

Regina is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist certified in both EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and Perinatal Mental Health, and she also incorporates CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and IFS (Internal Family Systems) treatment modalities into her work. Regina has worked in private practice for a decade supporting clients sorting through developmental trauma, single incident trauma and antenatal/postpartum issues.
Regina also provides EMDR Intensives which are sessions that are several hours or days long to address client trauma and symptoms quicker than is usually achieved through weekly sessions. Please inquire directly if you are interested in this service.



 
William Byers, PMHNP
Nurse Practitioner

Bill is an experienced Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. He has been a Registered Nurse for 27 years, and a Nurse Practitioner since 2012. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from the Medical College of Georgia, and his graduate degree from the University of Michigan-Ann Arbor. A United States Navy Retiree with 30 years of dedicated military service, and experience in private practice following his military career, he has an extensive background in the evaluation and treatment of many psychiatric disorders including combat related disorders like Post Traumatic Stress. 
 
He prides himself in working alongside each individual, their emotional support, and their therapist, to craft a personalized treatment plan using psychopharmacology and state of the art options like genetic testing to assist in selecting medications.
