The Bowdoin College Museum of Art takes pride in collaborating with faculty and students, as well as other museums from near and far. In a season of giving thanks, we wish to acknowledge the remarkable support from those on campus and beyond. Please join us for a special celebration of the season hosted by the Museum of Art’s shop on Thursday, December 5^th. We also extend an invitation to the opening tour of Art, Ecology, and the Resilience of a Maine Island: The Monhegan Wildlands with the exhibition’s curators on Thursday, December 12^th. With warmest wishes for a month filled with holiday festivity, we appreciate all you do to make the Museum of Art such a vibrant center for the arts.

In recognition of the College’s winter break, the Museum of Art will be open through Sunday, December 22^nd and will then close for the holidays. We will re-open to the public on Tuesday, January 7^th.

The Bowdoin College Museum of Art is open to the public free of charge. The Museum is wheelchair accessible through the Pavilion entrance.
