Saturday with Santa:
A Wonderful Success!
This year's Saturday with Santa family outing was a massive success! We were thrilled to host hundreds of children and family members experiencing homelessness for a day of family fun and special memories to last a lifetime.

On Dec. 14 at Lovers Lane United Methodist Church, the families got to spend a day away from the shelter playing carnival games and celebrating the holidays in a safe, positive and fun-filled environment . Thanks to Chuy's , the attendees enjoyed a warm, delicious lunch. At the event, parents had the opportunity to shop for presents for each of their children , which were then wrapped by a team of hardworking volunteers. Further, all attendees -- infants, children, teens and adults -- received holiday stockings filled with small gifts and other necessities.
Thank you to each and every volunteer, donor and supporter who made this magical holiday celebration one to remember ! In particular, we would like to give a special shoutout to the following individuals, groups, organizations and corporations without whom Saturday with Santa 2019 simply would not have been possible:

Program Spotlight:
Mavs' Dinner with Santa
On Dec. 6 , we had an AMAZING time bringing 31 kids we serve from local motels to the Dallas Mavericks ' annual Dinner with Santa ! Each child in attendance enjoyed a yummy dinner served by the Mavs themselves, received personalized gifts from their wish lists AND got to spend special one-on-one time with the players.

We are SO grateful for everyone who made this magical evening possible, including the Dallas Mavericks Foundation , CEO Cynthia Marshall and the entire team!
Thank YOU for Supporting Rainbow Days!
As Tiffany, our interim executive director, shared in her message above, we are thankful for the wonderful supporters who make it possible for Rainbow Days to live out its mission of helping children and youth in adversity build coping skills and resilience to create positive futures.

This past year, Rainbow Days was able to serve nearly 9,000 homeless and at-risk kids across the Dallas community thanks to the support of friends like you! Wow! Thank you for your kind support; as always, we are grateful for your thoughtfulness, generosity and caring heart.

This holiday season, we would be honored to count on your support in this season of blessings and gratitude. We hope you will consider joining us in continuing our mission and spreading hope to the children we serve through a financial gift to Rainbow Days .
