President's Message

As the end of the year quickly approaches, many of us are looking to tie up loose ends and cross items off our to-do lists. There is much satisfaction to be found in completing these tasks and it is my pleasure to share some of the milestones the ACFP checked off its list in 2024.  


In my October message I shared a few reflections on the TPCA Forum. Since then, the ACFP staff team alongside the TPCA’s Planning Committee and the Coalition for Primary Health Care have produced a Summary Report and this video, which captures the essence of the day. This report provides the keynotes and summaries of the rich and varied table discussions. The graphic illustration which captured the day’s highlights is also included...

Holiday Reminders

The ACFP will be operating with a limited workforce from December 21st to January 3rd. Additionally, the CFPC's will be closed during this time as well. Both offices will reopen in full on January 6, 2025.


Members may continue to reach the ACFP through info@acfp.ca, but responses may be delayed.
