This program goes beyond traditional cooking classes by integrating essential elements such as budgeting, meal prep, kitchen safety, and honing cooking skills.
This program aims to not only impart practical cooking knowledge but also empower individuals to make informed decisions about their nutrition, budgeting, and overall well-being.

What: Mindful Roots is a plant-based food delivery business that has traveled all the way from Colorado to McHenry County, bringing veggies to life with many different menu options, delivered straight to our communities door.
