How did you end up becoming a personal chef?
Working in corporate kitchens my whole career, seeing my family was hard at times with the long hours. Becoming a personal chef gave me the opportunity to pursue my passion for creating culinary dishes while still being able to be home for my wife and son to cook them dinner.
What is most rewarding to you about your profession?
Seeing my clients faces when I connect with them using food. To me, cooking for someone and putting a smile on their faces is the best feeling in the world.
