A nice warm fire and a little holiday music music
We know you're at work, so we can't give you a hot toddy to warm you on the inside, but if you click the fireplace above, there's a crackling fireplace video and an hour of classic and modern holiday songs sung by artists as varied as Bing Crosby and Dean Martin to Mariah Carey and Michael Buble.
Look what Santa will be bringing soon tickets
It's a holly, jolly Christmas - at least a holly, jolly Christmas color!

We will soon have red ticket stock in a glorious crimson hue. Choose from solid or cloudy.

Stop, thief!thief
During this holiday season, people are buying a lot of gifts - like theatre tickets. That means there will be a lot of online credit card transactions, and some of them could be fraudulent.

That actually just happened to one of our Webtix subscribers.

Do you know what to do if a transaction seems suspicious?

#21... an error occurred during processingtraffic

This is an Authorize.net error that a theatre's patron got while trying to purchase tickets online in Webtix. When they tried the sale again, the sale went through.

Looks like the holiday season has officially arrived. What we surmised is that there is so much internet traffic that the sales are slowing down, kind of like getting stuck in a traffic jam.

You may also experience a delay in receiving your Authorize.net settlement report.

We also recommend you set up a PayPal account as a backup.
All I want for Christmas is ...list
Santa drops by our office occasionally. He knows you've been especially nice this year and was wondering - if you could wish for any changes or improvements in Wintix or Webtix in the coming year, what they would be?
