Employee Spotlight
We would like to introduce you to our Clinical
Secretary/Scheduler, Dani Jo Cuthbert.

Dani has been in the healthcare field for over 15 years. She graduated from Slippery Rock University in 2002 with an Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education. Directly out of college, she accepted an Admissions position with Excela Health and then moved to become a medical receptionist for a local ENT. She joined our Aestique family in 2011 as our ASC Registrar and quickly moved up to our Clinical Secretary/Scheduler position.

In her role, she handles all of the scheduling for the various specialties in the ASC and serves as the liason for the surgeon's offices. "I love the fast paced environment and working one on one with the surgeons and staff."

When Dani is outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Michael and her two dogs, Sadie and Baylee.

NEUROSTIMULATORS

Spinal cord stimulation provides advantages over other therapies for chronic pain. Neurostimulation provides pain relief by disrupting the pain signals traveling between the spinal cord and the brain. In other words, it outsmarts your pain.

An implantable neurostimulator is a surgically placed device about the size of a stopwatch. It delivers mild electrical signals to the epidural space near your spine through one or more thin wires, called leads.

Pain can move and intensify as you change positions. You can adjust the strength and location of stimulation to address these changes in pain with a handheld programmer. For example, if your pain moves or intensifies at different times of the day or during various activities - such as walking, sleeping, or sitting - you can accommodate these changes with different stimulation settings.

We perform neurostimulator procedures with our Pain Management surgeons at Aestique Surgical Center. For more information, call Aestique at (724) 832-3085 or visit our website at www.aestiquesurgerycenter.com
