A big thank you, wonderful supporters and generous donors.

You made our December the best ever.

New Year Resolution – More Latrines

In 2018 CCDO will concentrate on finding donors to build
many more new latrines and maintaining existing wells.

The  August & Lutnick Family, from New York, guests of the Amansara Hotel, have generously donated $10,000 to construct 40 latrines to kick off
our Year of Latrines. Please consider donating a latrine rather than a well.

We hope your NY resolutions include
continuing to be an informed & generous humanitarian.

EDUCATION DEPARTMENT GAVE OUT
Our sports teams were supplied
with new uniforms and equipment.
The library received a slew of
new books and much treasured
art supplies.
SCHOLARSHIP STUDENTS VIDEOS
All our Scholarship sponsors got New Year’s video from their students.

VOLUNTEERS, VISITORS & STAFF
A special acknowledgment of our volunteer Graphic Designer, Brian Bibi, who designed the spectacular, sparkly holiday campaign with our CCDO white Christmas tree, stocking and drop ball count down. Wasn’t it so very inspiring?

We are working hard to partner with local hotels and travel agencies to bring more day visitors to our schools. We are proud to showcase our programs and thus bring onboard new supporters and advocates. We also think it a great idea for our students to interact with English speaking visitors while spending free time in the library.

We are particularly excited and grateful for the return of our board member Carol MacQuality Duster. While her husband Mark volunteers at the Angkor Hospital for Children as a Pediatric Heart Surgeon, Carol works with our English teachers and spreads cheer and positive reinforcement all around.

A warm welcome to Rithy Tevy,
our new Community Health Officer.

She will be responsible for the health assessment of the children as well as manage our community gardens and be responsible for our community workshops.
