The Birds Thank Miami Brewing Company

Miami Brewing Company has generously stocked the Bird Bar all year with its locally made craft beers: Big Rod Coconut Blonde Ale, Gator Tail Brown Ale, Miami Vice IPA and Shark Bait Mango Wheat Ale. Founders Peter and Denisse Schnebly have been farming food locally for more than 25 years with a shared passion for South Florida's agricultural heritage and a commitment to preserving it.

Prior to establishing the brewery in 2011, the couple founded Schnebly Redland's Winery in 2003. Together, the state-of-the-art brewery and winery facilities anchor The Redland's blossoming agro-tourism industry, which also serves as a critical agricultural buffer between the Everglades and suburban sprawl.

Winter is growing season, the ideal time to visit The Redland and taste through the unique craft beer on offer at the new Miami Brewing Company Tap Room. Or minimize your carbon footprint and ask for them at your favorite grocer or retailer.
