Deep Dive: Diversion Hub

Incarceration Alternatives

Oklahoma has one of the highest incarceration rates in the country.

Through the Diversion Hub, individuals receive life-stabilizing resources, assistance navigating a complex court system, enabling them to return to work, their families, and to become part of the community.

Unique among non-profits, the Diversion Hub is addressing public safety with research and solutions to gaps in the criminal justice system.

• Sue Ann Arnall, founder of the Arnall Family Foundation, is passionately focused on criminal justice reform and finding solutions that lower the incarceration rate. She was the USA Today Oklahoma Woman of the Year in 2024.

• Meagan Taylor is the Diversion Hub executive director. She started in 2020 and was elevated to executive director in August 2022. She earned her law degree from Oklahoma City University.
