Trustees needed
The Board of Trustees is an essential part of our Library. They are responsible for overseeing all library operations. They decide the policies that govern the day-to-day work of the library staff.

Trustees meet once per month for two hours and may take on additional responsibilities depending upon projects and events. They consist of five elected, voting members and two alternate members who attend all meetings and vote in the case of an elected member's absence. Everyone participates in all discussions and their participation is considered essential.

The Board is looking for Jackson Residents who love the Library and want to help it continue to flourish. If you are interested, please contact Lichen or Linda Terry at [email protected] or 383-3100.

From our Collection
New Books & Movies!
My little video does not include everything that's new... it's a moment in time. I put together a more exhaustive list of additions since December.
Current BVLA Collection
You may know we get a new collection of CDs and DVDs every couple of months that rotates among 12 libraries. We call them BVLAs (Bearcamp Valley Library Association). We are keeping them on a cart in the middle of the room to save some shelving work, but here is a list of what we have now.
Digital Magazines
If you are an Overdrive/Libby user (for the curious, Overdrive is the service and Libby is the app), I hope you have discovered the digital magazines included there. The NH Downloadable Book Consortium has been offering 25 titles for over a year and Overdrive recently announced that they are giving us free access to their entire magazine collection through July. That means hundreds of magazines from around the world. Several are in other languages. If you need help accessing this phenomenal resource, please get in touch with us!
