The Board of Trustees is an essential part of our Library. They are responsible for overseeing all library operations. They decide the policies that govern the day-to-day work of the library staff.
Trustees meet once per month for two hours and may take on additional responsibilities depending upon projects and events. They consist of five elected, voting members and two alternate members who attend all meetings and vote in the case of an elected member's absence. Everyone participates in all discussions and their participation is considered essential.
The Board is looking for Jackson Residents who love the Library and want to help it continue to flourish. If you are interested, please contact Lichen
