Dear Club Owner and Associate Member:

The November 20, 2023, special meeting had record representation by way of proxy and

those in attendance via Zoom. A total of 173 voting members were present out of a possible

195. The renovation measure passed 158 in favor and 15 not in favor. This represents

91.3% approval of those voting.

Enclosed is the initial notice of the 2023 Special Assessment for the renovation.
