News for Living, Working and Playing in Deerfield Township
The Arts Alliance and Deerfield Township have partnered to bring a new event series to Cottell Park in 2019 - the Deerfield Handmade Market.

The Deerfield Handmade Market is a family friendly event with activities for kids, food, and entertainment. It will feature an eclectic mix of artisans and makers who will display their handmade goods and artistic talents to bring a unique community event for all to enjoy.

The first Handmade Market will take place on Saturday June 8th from 11:00 AM - 5:00 PM at Cottell Park. It is free to attend and we hope to see you there.
We are proud to partner with Body Alive Fitness to provide Yoga at Cottell Park on Saturdays starting May 18th and lasting through September 28th from 10AM-11AM.

Body Alive operates several locations throughout the Cincinnati Area including the Deerfield studio located at 4700 Duke Dr. Overall they provide a hot yoga program that is monitored meticulously to ensure a consistent 102°/40% humidity "guaranteed to sweat" workout. They also have non-heated cardio and barre classes, cycling classes (Kenwood studio only), and body sculpt classes that focus on core, strength, movement and stretching in the hot room.

The classes are free to attend.

FINAL REMINDER! Come on out and join us at Cottell Park for the Butterfly 5K run and 1 mile charity walk for CancerFree KIDS. This charity event is a time to remember those who have passed and a time to celebrate life with fun, music and festivities for the whole family.
