Alert: Paycheck Protection Program Forgiveness Applications Released on 6/17

After the PPP Flexibility Act of 2020 was signed into law on June 5th the Small Business Administration and U.S. Department of the Treasury issued revised guidance for the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) that gave business owners more time to comply, longer repayment horizons, and more.

Today the SBA and Treasury released a new EZ Forgiveness Application and a revised Full Forgiveness Application for the Paycheck Protection Program. The EZ application requires fewer calculations and less documentation for eligible
borrowers.

Alert: SBA Economic Injury Disaster Loan (EIDL) Program Reopened for New Applicants on 6/15


SBA is now accepting EIDL applications from ag and all other eligible businesses again.

EIDL applications that were submitted before the portal stopped accepting new applications on April 15 will be now be processed again on a first-come, first-served basis.

Alert: Yurok Tribe Launches Small Business COVID Relief Fund

The Yurok Tribe has launched a Small Business COVID Relief Fund, offered through Alliance CDFI. Yurok Tribal Members who are business owners impacted by the pandemic are eligible.
