New Wednesday Night Pickleball League

Attention Del Norte pickleballers! We are offering a 10-week coed doubles pickleball league from 4-5pm on Wednesday evenings from May 7th through July 9th. There will be two skill brackets: under 4.25 and over 4.25. All scores will be entered into DUPR, and all participants must have a DUPR account.

This is a fixed-partner event. The first 7 weeks of the event will be round robin play, and the next 3 weeks will be a double-elimination playoff with medals for the top three teams. On the last day (July 9), all league participants are welcome to come watch the finals—pizza and non-alcoholic beverages will be provided for all!

Registration is $49 per player for members and $149 per player for nonmembers. Del Norte members will have priority registration and can begin registering immediately. Teams that don’t include at least 1 member must wait until April 22 to register. If a member wants to bring a non-member partner, that non-member will qualify for priority registration as well.

USTA Tennis Tournament

Del Norte will be hosting a Level 4 USTA tournament on April 25-27 and May 2-4. The 2.5, 3.5, 4.5, and 5.5 singles, doubles, and mixed doubles tennis events will be held on April 25-27. The 3.0, 4.0, and 5.0 singles, doubles, and mixed doubles tennis events will be held May 2-4. Registration is open until April 19 at: https://playtennis.usta.com/Competitions/delnorteclub/Tournaments/players/9CBB0DF0-051A-42BF-815A-CBE8ED2963C6 

Del Norte's Second Moneyball Pickleball Tournament will be held on Saturday, June 14. Top finishers in each division win cash and other prizes! Registration opens April 13 on pickleballbrackets.com.

Format: Round robin, followed by single-elimination playoffs for top 2 teams in each pool.

Summer Junior Tennis

Believe it or not, summer is just around the corner, and it’s time to start thinking about summer activities for the kids! Our summer junior tennis program offers classes for kids ages 5-18 at all skill levels. Classes begin on June 16 and are held on Monday-Thursday mornings through July 24. You can sign up on a weekly basis, or register for all 5 weeks at a discounted price. Advanced Beginner Pickleball class starts May 5

By popular demand, we will be offering another 4-week Advanced Beginner adult pickleball class beginning May 5! This class is for the beginner or advanced beginner pickleball player (up to a 3.0 level) who wants to develop more skills. The class will cover fundamental strokes and strategy. The only requirement is that you must attend the free "Intro to Pickleball" class before registering, or have played several times on your own and know scoring and basic court positions. 

When: Mondays and Wednesdays from 9-10am from May 5-28. 

Cost: The session fee is $140/member or $180/nonmember.

Over/Under 18 Pickleball Social

Pickleball players of all ages, join us for a FREE special event on Saturday, April 12 from 9am-noon. Bring the kids and grandkids—each adult player will partner with an under-18 player for some social play.  We will match players up at the event if they need a partner.  There will be snacks and fun for all!

Spring Into Kids Night Out!

Saturday, April 12th 4-8pm, kids can spend some time with their friends playing group games outside, having a pizza picnic, and doing a tissue paper stained glass art project! We will end the night with "A Bugs Life" while they enjoy their own homemade chocolate covered pretzel treats! Ages 3-12. Member price: $30/a child sign up now!

The Kids Loft is the ultimate hangout spot for our members age 6-12. The entire second floor is dedicated just for them in DN's only two-story building – how cool is that? With arts and crafts galore, foosball battles, games, and so much more, it’s basically a kid's paradise! During the school year, we’re jammin’ from 4-8 PM, but wait, there's more... During spring break, we open up in the morning too! And don’t forget, we’ve got super fun childcare for the little ones aged 5 months to 5 years at the same times. Come join the fun!

Eggstravaganza: A Del Norte Family Tradition

Spring is upon us and it's time for our annual Eggstravaganza! Sign up now to join in on Del Norte's big egg hunt family event on Saturday April 19th. We will have temporary tattoos, coloring activity tables, and outdoor games. Of course, for the main event, we will have a huge egg hunt covering the whole lawn area. The egg hunt is for ages 1-12, and starts at 10:15 sharp. Keep an eye out for the golden egg! This event is open to all ages and the whole family. It will run from 10:00am-12:00pm.

Member admission is $5/child. Parent admission is free. This is a family event, so all children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times. You can register your family today through the Del Norte App or your Member Portal on our website.
