Preparing People to Live and Work Safely Every Day!

Office Closure: Monday, September 7th

Welcome GLSTC's Newest Employee:

Forest Ervay

Please join us in welcoming Forest Ervay as our new Safety Specialist!

Forest brings extensive experience in construction, maintenance, and workplace safety to GLSTC. As a Journeyman Electrician, multi-craftsman, OSHA Outreach Trainer, and former Construction Safety Specialist/EH&S professional on large-scale projects, he understands firsthand the day-to-day safety challenges workers face.

Forest looks forward to bringing his real-world experience into the classroom and providing practical knowledge that helps individuals build a strong safety culture—one where everyone works safely and goes home safely at the end of the day.

2026 Golf Outing Success

Thank you to everyone who participated in this year’s Safety for the Kids Golf Outing! We couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful day to hit the course and support a great cause.

Funds raised through this annual event help GLSTC provide five scholarships each year, along with safety training, equipment, and personal protective equipment (PPE) for high school building trades students. Your support helps prepare the next generation to begin their careers with safety at the forefront.

We are especially grateful to our generous sponsors and donors whose contributions help make this event possible and support the continued success of the Safety for the Kids program.

Thank you again to everyone who golfed, sponsored, donated, and supported this year’s outing. We look forward to seeing you again next year!
