We're just checking in.
How are you? We hope this finds you healthy and safe. We're living in uncertain times, and it's important that we take care of ourselves and check in with each other.
We all need a little hope right now.
So many of you have shared messages of hope for the kids whose wishes have been put on hold. We’re amazed by the outpouring of kindness from the Make-A-Wish community, and we want to give a little of that back to you.
More than ever, we’re grateful for hope, for community, for goodwill, for generosity. We’re grateful for you.
Nothing brings hope like the promise of a wish.
Being treated with chemotherapy for her leukemia left Nora easily fatigued and often nauseated, But she didn't let that stop her. “Nora is strong-willed and spunky,” says her mom, Emily. “Her cancer diagnosis didn’t change that, but it did bring new challenges for a girl who is determined to be in charge of every situation.”

“When Nora first got sick, her wish was a bright, shiny moment in the future to look forward to experiencing,” says Emily. “When the days were tough, we would imagine all the fun things we would do when we went on her trip.” And it turns out the trip was everything they imagined it could be. “It was a chance to leave all the medical stuff behind, to just enjoy time together as a family and make cherished memories.”
Wishes Are Waiting.
We are preparing to grant wishes at an unprecedented pace once it is safe to do so. To meet the increased need and ensure every child's wish is granted as soon as possible, your support is more important than ever.

We know this crisis is impacting our supporters as well. If you're able to make a gift during this critical time, you'll help ensure these kids won't have to wait even one unnecessary day for their wish. Give today to grant future wishes.
Thank you for continuing to stand with wish kids and families, especially in times like these.
