Dear Valued Broker,
We'd like to remind you that our system upgrade will be going live on Monday, June 28. We're excited about the ways in which our new system will help us enhance the service experience for all of our customers and stakeholders!
Don't forget that when you log in to the new portal for the first time after we go live on June 28, you will need to update your password. You will be receiving an email with a temporary password once the new system is live (expected June 28). The email will be going to the email address associated with the account. You will need this temporary password to log in and reset your password. Please note that clicking Forgot Password will not allow you in the system, you will need to use the temporary password at initial log in. The email will come from WebPortals@ddpco.com. Please be sure and check your Spam or Junk Email folders if you don't see the email in your inbox. If you do not receive the email with the temporary password and are unable to log in to the new system, please contact salesteam@ddpco.com or your sales executive.
