Buzz Davis, a member of Veterans for Peace, will then mail the petition with everyone's name and comments (no email addresses will be sent) along with the below letter to each Congressional member's office.
Once this these actions are completed, we will email each signer and ask if YOU would help lobby your house member to co-sponsor the Expel and the Impeachment resolutions. You can "lobby" via sending her/him a letter we will provide that you modify as you wish along with a Word copy of our petition and letter.
We will also ask if you are willing to meet face to face with a receptive Democratic House member in your state (along with other volunteers). The meetings may last 45 min. to an hour.
We will provide overhead slides or a Power Point presentation which someone in the group can lead the discussion with.

PETITION TO PUNISH TRUMP & GROUP
HERE IS HOW TO EXPEL & IMPEACH THE INSURRECTIONISTS
IT IS A DOABLE WAY TO PRESERVE OUR DEMOCRACY –
WHICH MUST BE DONE!
1. CONGRESS FLIPS TO DEM CONTROL WHEN IT EXPELLS THE 185 INSURRECTIONISTS. Today we have 177 or so Insurrectionists in the House (or were in the House during Trump's attempted overthrow of our US Government in 2020 and 2021). And we have 8 in the Senate. Since 2020 a few House members have left. But they still need to be Expelled. Examples: former Reps. Doug Collins, VA Secretary (Collins continues to privatize the VA which veterans do not want to happen), Lee Zeldin is EPA Admin., and now Sen. Markwayne Mullin’s (OK) up for nomination to lead the Dept. of Homeland Sec., creating havoc, others are running for governorships or US senate or president in 2028. And, regretfully, we have Trump as President.
The House has 219 Republican slots with three vacancies. This means 219 minus at least 170 or so Insurrectionists Expelled leaves approximately 50 Rs remaining in the House. Dems would still have 213 slots. Senate has 53 Republicans (53-8 Insurrectionists = 45 Rs remaining. And 47 Dems (including 2 Independents) remain.
When the 185 Insurrectionists are Expelled, the Dems can take control of the Congress. House Dems can maintain control for a number of months due to replacement elections processes by each state. Senate Dems would maintain control only for a month or maybe less due to appointment powers and processes of state governors. Therefor all Expel and Impeach legislative actions must be made expeditiously. The “window of opportunity” will close quickly in the Senate after Expelling.
2. WITH 185 INSURRECTIONISTS EXPELLED, TRUMP COULD BE EXPELLED. When the House and Senate each Expelling their Insurrectionists, this will enable Trump to possibly also be Expelled. They say a president must be Expelled by both houses. In Attachment 1 below at item 13 is Rep. Cicilline's 12-15-22 House Resolution (HR) to Expel Trump. Some experts say a 2/3 vote of those present is required to Expel a president whereas a majority vote is required for Expelling members of Congress using the 14th Amend. Sec. 3. House lawyers need to analyze and determine what is correct. As you know, Expelling does not require a Senate trial as do all Impeachments. Also, all Expelling decisions of congressional members requires a majority vote required per former Rep. Bill Pascrell, now, sadly, deceased.
3. IMPEACH CRIMINALS THOMAS & ALITO. House should also Impeach Supreme Court Justices Thomas and Alito as Rep. Ocasio-Cortez's HRs call for. Both HRs are dated July 10, 2024 and HR 1353 is for Thomas and HR 13544 is for Alito. Free Speech for People also recommends the Impeachment of this group of Trump's appointees “Robert F. Kennedy Jr., Secretary of Health and Human Services, Pam Bondi, Attorney General, .Kristi Noem, Secretary of Homeland Security, Marco Rubio, Secretary of State, Acting National Security Advisor, Acting Archivist of the United States and Pete Hegseth, Secretary of Defense.” Attachment #1 provide AOC’s HRs.
4. SENATE 2/3RDS VOTE REQUIREMENT CHANGES. That requirement falls from 66 with full Senate (100 members) to 62 with 92 members. Furthermore the 2/3rds means 2/3rds of those members present. Therefore, if all Dems and Independents vote to impeach at the most Conviction requires 15 patriotic Republicans to vote for Trump’s impeachment. Note: In the ___ Senate trial
5. VANCE APPOINT NEW VP? He cannot appoint a new VP as long as Dems control one or both houses. The law requires that both houses concur via a majority vote for his VP pick in order for that person to become VP.
6. TRUMP PARDON BY VANCE? If Trump is impeached and Vance becomes president, Vance will try to pardon Trump. Whether a president has that power may be in doubt if Trump is convicted, Impeached and removed from office.
But if Trump is Expelled under the 14th Amend. Sec. 3 which states: "No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice-President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any State, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any State legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any State, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof. But Congress may by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disability."
Thus, the House and Senate have a good reason to Expel Trump under 14th Amend.-- thereby prohibiting Trump’s pardon.
6. VANCE IMPEACHMENT. Vance will follow in Trump’s illegal footsteps. Thus, he can be Impeached in the House and possibly convicted in Senate. If that happens, the Democratic Speaker of the House becomes president thru Jan. 20, 2029 and that person selects her/his new V.P. with concurrence of both houses.
7. TRUMPS STUMBLING TOWARD WWIII. If Dems organize and act to Expel and Impeach, all those actions can take place quickly. And MUST take place quickly to preserve our democracy for the children of America!
8. EXECUTIVE AND JUDICIAL BRANCHES HAVE BEEN CORRUPTED. The Executive Branch now controlled by Mr. Trump (a criminal who already attempted to overthrow the Constitution.) Many think he is now conducting a slow motion coup d'etat, considering whether to call off the '26 and possibly '28 elections in order to stay in office as long as he lives. He wishes to avoid the legal trials which restart as soon as he is no longer an elected official. Over a million citizens have signed a petition with the Free Speech for People organization and you each should have seen that petition.
The Supreme Court is corrupted with at least two members violating our laws (Mr. Thomas and Mr. Alito) for which Articles of Impeachment were introduced by Rep. Ocasio-Cortez and blocked from floor action.
Thus, we have one Branch left to defend our democracy and preserve it for posterity: that is Congress - specifically Democrats and any patriotic Republicans you can convince to take action with you.
The House is controlled by the Speaker of the House Michael Johnson. He was the leader of the 2020 and 2021 Congressional attempts to help Trump's overthrow the results of the 2020 election. Result? The House is controlled by a mostly corrupt clique of members 170+ who should have long ago been Expelled by the House (using the 14th Amend.) and prosecuted by the U.S. Dept. of Justice. BUT they were not. Now they sit as saboteurs voting yes or no as instructed by Trump. The basic reason they vote that way is because Trump can pardon them for their "sins" and if he doesn't, they know they face possible prosecution for helping Trump's attempted overthrow and possible prison sentences. So, these 170+ legislators are caught in a blackmail situation with Trump.
WHAT CAN BE DONE?
9. TRUMP MUST BE IMPEACHED, removed from office and prosecuted by the USA and the International Criminal Court (ICC) for his crimes. He deserves to be in prison for the rest of his life.
10. EXPEL 1ST THEN IMPEACH. YOU CAN NOT SUCCESSFULLY CONDUCT IMPEACHMENTS UNTIL YOU FIRST EXPEL THE 185 INSURRECTIONISTS IN CONGRESS. Your first action must to be to use the 14th Amendment to Expel the 185 Insurrectionists most of whom are still in Congress working as saboteurs, as stated above.
11. THREE PROVEN INSURRECTION ACTIONS took place within two months.
· Proven Insurrection Action #1. TX Attempt To Have Supremes Decide Nov. '24 Presidential Election. Mr. Johnson at Trump's request got 126 House members to sign on to the December 2020 fraudulent Texas Attorney General's emergency suit filed with the US. Supreme Court claiming wide spread election irregularities. Rep. Bill Pascrell said in his 12-11-24 letter to Speaker Pelosi "Tragically, members of our House of Representatives are supporting and amplifying these attacks on democracy, now culminating in 126 House Republicans joining a malignant lawsuit filed by the state of Texas against the states of Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin. This suit demands the will of the voters of these states be overturned and the Electoral College votes be stolen and awarded to Donald Trump."
· Proven Insurrection Action #2. Jan. 6, 2021 Congressional Floor Action to Reject Electoral Votes for Various States. Trump asked Johnson and others to vote against accepting the electoral college votes from certain states on Jan. 6, 2021 in an attempt to throw the election into the House of Representatives. On Jan. 6th and Jan. 7th 147 members of Congress (8 senators and 139 representatives) voted to reject said electoral votes from AZ and PA states. Because some members voted for Action#1 and some for Action #2, the combined total for all members voting for one or both is 185 members of Congress. Thus, these are the members who should be Expelled under the 14th Amendment. Note: A few have left Congress for other jobs such as Sec. of Dept. of Veterans Affairs Doug Collins.
· Proven Insurrection Action #3. Assault On Us Capitol Jan. 6, 2021. Trump incited members of different Trump support groups to assault the Congress as it was conducting its electoral vote count and declaring the winner of the 2020 election for the presidency. The US Dept. of Justice prosecuted nearly 1,300 persons for that attempted overthrow, most were convicted and Trump pardoned nearly 1,600 persons convicted, awaiting sentencing or being prosecuted in 2025.
12. PRESENT FACTS:
· Trump and Netanyahu Need Each Other. Both are criminals who have "STAY OUT OF JAIL" passes only as long as they are elected officials. Once they are unelected, each goes to court. They need to be “war leaders” which citizens are less likely to throw out of office. The conservative party in Israel controlling the Knesset has threatened Netanyahu that if he does NOT kill Palestinians and steal more lands permanently, they will throw him out of power. Point Netanyahu is being blackmailed to continue killing to STAY OUT OF JAIL.
· Oct. '26 Israeli Elections Threaten Imprisonment for Netanyahu. He must win to remain in power to prevent his prosecution. Thus, Netanyahu continues the Genocide of Palestinians and the stealing of more lands in the Middle East.
· Nov. '26 U.S. Elections Threaten Imprisonment for Trump. Midterm elections many times cause one or both houses to flip to the other party’s control. If both flip, in 2027 or 2028, Trump will be Impeached, Convicted in the Senate and be sitting in court facing 20+ years in prison within two months. Trump’s last 13 months of illegal federal agency actions, illegal wars, displays of hatred/vengeance, and cruelty toward immigrant children and families combine to keep sinking his poll numbers. Thus, Trump's choices are: Call off the midterm elections now OR manipulate the midterm elections via voter suppression and confusion of voters via groups and AI OR use electronic subterfuge of the states' election systems followed by massive disputing of ballots to be counted and a barrage of court cases leading to hopeful decisions by the Supremes.
· Likelihood: Trump Will Create Civil Instability Then Declare Civil Emergency Powers and Call Off '26 Elections. Trump may conclude he must call off elections illegally by creating false flag incidents causing deaths and civil disruptions across the nation, thereby justifying him taking emergency control of the nation to suppress civil unrest, protect private property and provide public safety. If this works, he can possibly continue in office after 2028 for a third term. But all this might not work out. So, simultaneously, he approves voter suppression, confusion via AI, electronic manipulation of state voting systems and planned court barrage before and after the Nov. '26 election to try to ensure the Republicans continue to control both houses.
13. NO ONE KNOWS FOR CERTAIN IF TRUMP WON THE 2024 ELECTIONS THUS WHETHER HIS PRESIDENCY IS ILLIGITIMATE IS UNKNOWN. But, regardless of whether Trump won or not, the fastest way to rid America of him is Expel Then Impeach.

SUMMARY: We must FightBack via the only legal power which is left: THAT IS, YOU – YOU HAVE THE POWER!
You must activate your Constitutional authority, give the House and Senate resolutions to act upon using the 14th Amendment power to Expel and the Constitutional power to Impeach."
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: “A BRIEF HOW TO DO IT”
After 177 Insurrectionists are Expelled from the House and 8 from the Senate via a single resolution in each house listing all Insurrectionist’s names, via majority votes, while excluding the Insurrectionists from voting due to “conflicts of interest,” Democrats take control. House control will last until Jan. 3, 2029. Senate control will last only weeks due to the replacement appointment process by the 8 state governors.
Each house must be in session nearly 24/7 to Expel the Insurrectionists from each body, Expel Trump (a 2/3rds vote of both houses is likely required) and then Impeach and convict Trump and his criminal Gang including Justices Thomas and Alito. (The 2/3s vote drops from 67 to 62 with 8 senators Expelled.)
Then both bodies can pass legislation Reviving Our Failing Democracy which Vance will likely veto. You block Vance from appointing a new vice president in one or both houses by the majority voting down the proposed replacement (approval requires majority concurrence vote in both houses.). If Vance continues Trump’s illegal past actions (which is likely), Expel and Impeach and convict Vance. Note: Dem speaker will then become president thru Jan. 19, 2029. Then pass your most critical legislation into law before November 2026 when the Democratic president can sign same.
To accomplish the above you need to organize at least three work teams of MOC + staffers + lawyers who can think well, working daily full time in teams, to produce the need products/efforts.
Preserve Democracy Legislative Team: To review past Congressional Expel and Impeach resolutions, House and Senate rules, draft plans and produce the wording implementing each resolution (with outside advice as wished) and shepherd each resolution thru the House then the Senate, key selected MOC need to lead each set of resolutions on the floor to success, etc.
Progressive Legislation Team: A similar combination of people is needed for this team which should focus on the Progressive legislation needed by drafting/updating, conduct hearings, and pass in House and Senate. Example topics are provided and of course you all decide:

3. Fair Wages, Benefits & Public Pensions 4 All act,
4. Impartial Election Districts, Secure Elections Systems & 100% Public Financing 4 All Elections in America,

6. Phase I: Turning Tools Of War INTO Tools of World Peace
7. Etc.
Public Information For Citizens Team: A similar combination of people (MOC and staffers) is needed for this team which should focus on conducting frequent scheduled press conferences in D.C. on the progress of each of the two above teams, provide public updates on legislative actions/difficulties via appearances on news shows, interviews with media, “barn storming” the USA, op eds, communicating with all state and county Democratic parties, organize and conduct in person town halls with discussions across America on Tyranny and What To Do to Preserve Our Democracy, what citizens must do to help and how to do it, etc.
YOU HAVE “THE POWER:” Article 3 of the Amendment 14 states:
"No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice-President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any State, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any State legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any State, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof. ..."
YOU must organize and enact Expel and Impeachment Resolutions --- FAST.
You have little time to save our democracy before Trump slams the door of freedom shut.
Trump and his gang of goons, posing as law enforcement officers, conducting massive illegal arrests, disappearances, deportations will soon instigate violence in cities across America probably under “false flag” operations and the killing will start followed by violence, flames and bombs in our cities.
Such violence is what Trumps wants - so he can Declare Martial Law, Call Off the Nov. '26 Elections saying it is his Duty to Protect Law Abiding Citizens from Violence and Death, then declare himself “President for Life.”

These resolutions need to be reviewed by House members, experts and lawyers, updated, draft resolutions completed, circulated for co-sponsors, introduced & acted upon with privileged motions, prohibitions of members of Congress (MOC) from voting on issues when they have “conflicts of interest,” thus the total 185 Insurrectionists SHOULD be prohibited from voting on the motion to Expel them all which is done with all 185 names on one resolution, etc.

Note Buzz D.: If the 8 Insurrectionist senators had been expelled vote would have been at least 47 guilty and 45 not guilty unless some Repubs. saw opportunity to rid themselves of Trump.

Note by Buzz Davis: These 8 senators voted NOT GUILTY: Tommy Tuberville, Al, Rick Scott, FL, Roger Marshall, KS, John Kennedy, LA, Cindy Hyde-Smith, MS, Josh Hawley, MO, Ted Cruz, TX and Cynthia Lummis, WY. EACH IS AN INSURRECTIONIST VOTING ON JAN. 6 & 7 OF 2021 AGAINST ACCEPTING THE ELECTORAL COLLEGE VOTE IN FAVOR OF BIDEN. EACH IS A TRAITOR. EACH HAS BEEN A SABOTEUR FOR 5 YEARS.
If the US Senate had done its duty in January of 2021 and Expelled these Insurrectionists, then when this vote was taken this is what would have happened. With 8 Insurrectionists removed it would have been 57 guilty and 35 not guilty. Members present to vote 92. 2/3 vote requires 62 yes votes to convict. With Insurrectionists removed some 5 more Republicans might have voted yes to rid selves of Trump.
Most senators before the vote knew basically how each Republican was going to vote. These 7 senators Susan Collins, ME, Lisa Murkowski of AK, Mitt Romney of UT, Richard Burr of NC, Ben Sasse of NE, Pat Toomey of PA and Bill Cassidy of LA voted to convict. It is possible that if only 5 more senators were needed to convict, that five might have decided to rid themselves, the Party and the Nation of Trump once and for all.

Trump did engage in insurrection against the United States by mobilizing, inciting, and aiding those who attacked the United States Capitol on January 6, 2021, to disrupt certification of the 2020 Presidential Election as required by the Twelfth Amendment to the Constitution and the Electoral Count Act of 1887 (3 U.S.C. 15), and a majority of both the House of Representatives and the United States Senate concluded as much through the House of Representatives’ vote to impeach Mr. Trump for high crimes and misdemeanors and the majority of the Senate voting to convict Mr. Trump of Incitement of Insurrection on February 13, 2021, with a vote of 57–43.
(5) Evidence has come forward that Mr. Trump and his advisors strategically refused to accept the results of the 2020 Presidential Election in November 2020 and attempted to cast doubt on the election results, including as follows:…
