LADBS EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT

National Preparedness Month & Great ShakeOut 2022

In recognition of National Preparedness Month & Great ShakeOut 2022, the LADBS Training and Emergency Management Division held a simulated emergency response field exercise. LADBS practiced and reviewed its emergency response procedures to a man-made or natural disaster. The technical exercise included testing the ability to issue permits from the field.

This year's training was designed to simulate a major earthquake in the greater metro area and was held at the LA Zoo parking lot.
