Jake DeFonzo, PA-C
Jake DeFonzo, PA-C earned his undergraduate degree at Loyola University in Maryland, and graduated from the physician assistant school at SUNY Downstate University. He previously worked at Interfaith Medical Center and NAO Medical Urgent Care. Born and raised in Brooklyn, Jake is a New York sports fan and avid rugby player. 
Gabriella DeMarco, PA-C
Gabriella (Gabi) DeMarco, PA-C earned her undergraduate degree from Providence College before graduating from the physician assistant program at Rutgers University in 2018. Prior to joining the Department of Emergency Medicine at Weill Cornell Medicine, she worked at Saint Barnabas Medical Center in New Jersey and at Northwestern Memorial Hospital in Chicago. Gabi was recently married and currently lives on the Upper East Side with her husband.
Elizabeth Girón, DMSc, PA-C, AAHIVS
We are excited to welcome Elizabeth Girón, DMSc, PA-C, AAHIVS back to NewYork-Presbyterian/Weill Cornell Medicine. Liz recently completed the emergency medicine advanced practice provider fellowship at NYU Langone Health. Prior to that, she worked in the emergency department at NYP/Brooklyn Methodist Hospital. A native New Yorker, she earned her physician assistant degree from SUNY Downstate Medical Center.
