The DOH COVID-19 Vaccine Action Command and Coordination System (VACCS) Center is interested to hear from businesses that could use assistance in organizing on-site or nearby pop-up clinics to make it easy for employees to get vaccinated. With the reopening of Washington on June 30, it becomes even more important to remove remaining obstacles for Washingtonians from getting vaccinated.  Among the key reasons:
  1. Health of the employee and their family, friends, and loved ones.
  2. Health and safety of your workforce.
  3. Health and safety of your customers.
  4. Reduction of business productivity loss due to COVID-19 illness.

VACCS Center partners have worked over the past 6 months creating the most efficient and effective vaccination sites and campaigns across Washington and we want to hear whether there are businesses who could still use assistance in creating employer vaccination site initiatives. If you are interested, please email VACCSCenterSupport@doh.wa.gov with the following information:

  1. Employer Name, address, contact person and details.
  2. Number of employees.
  3. Number or percent of unvaccinated employees (if data available).
  4. Preferred timing for a vaccination site campaign.
  5. Any restrictions, constraints that might affect vaccination event planning.

The VACCS Center looks forward to working with you to achieve mass vaccination for all Washingtonians!
