Updates to the Zoning and Development Review Application

New and Improved!

Zoning and Development Review Applications now include scope of work! By selecting your scope of work, the system will inform you whether a stamped site plan is required. This feature ensures that our OneStopPGH staff can review your application more efficiently.

Nominate a new Stationary Vendor Location!

Anyone can submit an application to nominate a new stationary vendor location. The Street and Sidewalk Site Designation Committee will review all applications at the fall meeting. Nomination Forms can be emailed to pliapptech@pittsburghpa.gov or submitted over the counter at 200 Ross Street.
