The CDBG-DR Program from the Puerto Rico Department of Housing is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) to acquire Design, Construction, Operations and Maintenance services for the Centro Médico Microgrid (CMM). This RFP is designed to promote fair and open competition while seeking the best value. Interested prospective Proposers are urged to carefully review the requirements of the RFP in order to prepare and submit a Responsive Proposal.
