After a couple months on leave, Alisha, our Community Standards Coordinator, is back in the POA office! Alisha's role consists of both community standards and design review so if you have questions, comments, or concerns about either subject, reach out to her!

We have redesigned all three design review applications- fence, landscaping, and exterior modification- in hopes of an easier application process for homeowners. All three applications, along with additional design review information, can be found on our website and below.  

We often get questions on what you need to submit an application for and the short answer is, almost everything that is an addition or modification to the exterior of your home- and yes, even if it's behind your fence.

One thing you no longer need to submit an application for is changing from pine straw to mulch, so long as the mulch is double-shredded brown, black, or natural colored mulch (no reds!)
