You know you've 'done good' when even the preTeen will smile for the after pics!
I had a blast working with this young girl and her Mom to create the perfect space for her to blosoom in. The concept started out just with this splashy pillow and the need for some glitz and shimmer.
Her prior room had soft yellow color walls, heavy rust color drapes and a thickly painted scattered medallion damask above her bed (believe it or not we used that medallion paint to our advantage...turned out REALLY cool). The chair rail made the room look short and stubby and the drapes were not youthful enough.
