Moose Athletic Center - 1911 Crain Hwy South

We will be in the back of the building. You can enter through the doors furthest back on either side of the building (towards the turf fields). Just be sure to head to the registration table to check in. There are no physical tickets for this event. We will have your name on the registration list and give you a wristband.

At this time we are sold out and will not be selling

additional spectator tickets at the door.

3:00 pm: Doors Open for registration and practice

3:45 pm: Rules review

4:00 pm: First games begin - Your first game will either be at 4pm or 4:20pm, see the schedule below.

6:00 pm: Brown bag raffle drawings - must be present to win

Followed by the special sailboat painting raffle - do not need to be

present to win

6:30 pm: Single elimination bracket play begins (Top 2 teams from each lane)

Cornhole

Pool Play/Round Robin: 4pm - 6pm

Raffle drawings: 6pm - must be present to win

Bracket Play: 6:30pm

Each team was randomly assigned to one of 8 lanes and is scheduled to play 3 games in the round robin pool play.

You will earn 3 points for a win, 1 point to each team for a tie and 0 points for a loss. The top two teams from each lane advance to the single elimination bracket. If there is a tie - a point differential will be used as the tiebreak.

Please fill out the score cards provided at your lane and turn in to Ashleigh at the scorer's table at the end of each game. If you go over 21 in your last throw be sure to put that number on your scorecard.

Food and Drink

We will have Crab Dip donated by Hellas and catering donated by our

Food Sponsor - The Grill at Quarterfield Station!

We will also have beer, seltzer, soda and water.

As a reminder, this event is 21+.

Brown Bag and Special Raffles

We have some amazing brown bag raffles including an Oculus VR headset, 2 Ravens tickets, a Roomba, a gas pizza oven and much more! Each sheet of 20 Brown Bag raffle tickets is $20. You must be present to win the brown bag raffles.

We will also be holding a special raffle for this amazing sailboat painting donated by Mary Alisa Art (MSRP $2,900, see photo below). Tickets are 1 for $5, 3 for $10 or 8 for $20. You do not need to be present to win. If you need to leave before the drawing, please see a member of the For Ellie Foundation to handle your tickets.

If you purchased ticket(s) online for the sailboat painting and will not be present at the event, we will try and do a live stream of the drawing on our Facebook page around 6:15 or so. We will contact the winner as soon as we get a chance.

All raffles will be drawn at 6pm

after the pool play games have ended.

We have long sleeve and short sleeve performance shirts, short sleeve cotton t-shirts, a variety of insulated tumblers & can coolers, koozies, golf umbrellas, hats and stickers! Be sure to visit the merch table to grab your favorite colors before they're gone.

We will be able to take credit cards and PayPal on site, but we do have to pay fees, so cash is preferred.
