Trade Show Details for January 13, 2026

• Set up from 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
• The Trade Show will be held from 5:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.
• Appetizers and a cash bar will be available.
• Tear down immediately following. 
• UPS or FedEx return shipping back to your company. Pre-print your labels, adhere them to the boxes, and take them to the front desk. Then, please call the delivery service and set up a pickup time and let the hotel CSM, Diane Rossignol, know the expected timeframe.

Trade Show Bingo
We're planning a fun event to encourage attendees to visit each and every exhibitor. Attendees will play Bingo to enter a drawing for prizes. Each exhibitor is a square on the bingo card. We encourage each trade show exhibitor to bring a prize. Please reply here with what you plan to bring, if you wish to participate.

Who Will Be There?
Registration closes on December 22. We will email all attendees including exhibitors and sponsors to share the attendee list before the end of December. Stay tuned! As of now, please plan for approximately 300 participants.
