Good evening, San Gabriel

In addition, if you have a large or bulky item, be sure to dispose of it at our next bulky item drop-off event on October 13. Click here for details.

Now, here's what's making news for the week of September 19, 2018:
City Council approves purchase of six sewer smart covers
By a unanimous vote, the City Council approved the purchase of six SmartCover monitoring systems for the City’s sewage system. At the moment, the City owns and maintains over 70 miles of sewer mains. Under state and federal law, sewer lines must be regularly cleaned and repaired to prevent sanitary sewer overflows.

You can read more about this and other items in our wrap-up of the September 18 City Council meeting.
New details announced for Dumpling & Beer Fest
As we approach this year's Dumpling and Beer Fest on October 4 in the Mission District, we now have a list of confirmed dumpling and beer vendors for this year's event! In addition, we also have several breweries that will be on hand for those who purchase our unlimited beer tasting wristbands.
