Welcome to CT Pride. From skill development camps and showcases to Team CT and weekly training, we provide year-round opportunities for athletes to develop, compete, and get noticed. Choose the program that’s right for your athlete and register before spots fill.

At CT Pride, our mission is to help athletes become the best version of themselves on and off the field. Since our founding, more than 2,000 athletes have participated in our camps, leagues, showcases, combines, and development programs. We focus on quality coaching, positive mentorship, and creating opportunities for athletes to develop their skills, build confidence, and compete in a fun, challenging environment.

Skill Development Camp

Learn from current college athletes and excel at your position. Meet & greet with athletes afterwards.

Grades: K to 6th

Attire: T Shirt & Shorts

Time: 6 pm to 8 pm

Fee: $50

High School Training & Showcase

Train with top trainers, public & prep school coaches, and college athletes at our high school training and showcase. Every athlete will receive verified laser-timed testing results that can be used throughout the recruiting process.

Parent seminar included.

Grades: 9th to 12th

Attire: Helmet Only

Time: 7 pm to 9 pm

Fee: $40

Team CT Showcase

Designed for athletes to sharpen their skills, earn an opportunity to represent Team Connecticut, and learn from top coaches in the area.

Parent seminar included.

Grades: 6th to 8th

Attire: Helmet & Shoulder Pads

Time: 6 pm to 8:30 pm

Fee: $65

Residential Camp

We are excited to welcome athletes to our 3rd Annual Overnight Camp. This experience will provide athletes with an unforgettable experience filled with skill development, competition, fun & mental performance guidance. [Campers will experience a variety of evening events including campfires, basketball, games, and fun competitions.

Youth Only - Grades 3rd to 8th

Date: Saturday, August 8th

Time: 10 am to 12 pm

Open to any girl aged 10-14!

First Session: Sunday, August 2nd

Time: 5 pm to 7 pm

Summer Workouts

Open to any athlete entering grades 4th to 8th

Location: St Joseph High School

Days of Week: Wednesday & Sunday
