Attention Developers:
As a reminder:
The New Jersey Housing and Mortgage Finance Agency’s
inspection process remains the same except for the following:
Requisitions for payment
are to be submitted via email to the Project Representative, who, after review, will forward if approved to the Technical Services Division for approval and payment, or, if rejected will return for correction.
Change orders
must be submitted and approved in advance of adding any to a requisition for payment. To expedite approval of change orders, justification and certification from the Architect of Record must be included with the submittal, along with a detailed breakdown of the costs.
