Technical Services has developed the following condensed specification format to assist Architects with their Construction Document submission for review by the Agency.
The specification format is based upon the Construction Specifications Institute (CSI) Division List. This document is intended as a guide that encompasses the typical and expected categories of equipment and materials for a given project; it may not be comprehensive for a given project. It is the architect’s responsibility to develop a comprehensive list specific to each individual Project’s scope of work.
