This was only possible through the diligent efforts of our partners, clients, investors, city staff, and elected officials, and our entire team’s dedication to our mission: Enhancing communities and creating value where we live and work.

Our core principles of relationships, collaboration, discipline, and creativity have consistently guided us across all projects, services, and communities.

Projects like The Martin, the tallest residential tower in the 36-acre CityLine development in Sunnyvale, and Adobe’s newest 18-story tower in downtown San Jose helped distinguish our firm, leading to recognition by the Business Journal. 

We celebrated this milestone at the Silicon Valley Business Journals 2023 Structures Awards Ceremony last month, where we received this incredible award.
