About the Program

This program will walk you through the practical aspects and ethical considerations of creating digital informational content as a method to grow your law practice. Topics to be discussed will include: understanding your audience and their needs, developing educational content, understanding the parameters and limitations of attorney business development efforts, financial and privacy considerations, and the ethical guidelines which shepherd all of these topics.

BHBA's programs also meet the CLE eligibility criteria in Alaska, Arizona, Hawaii and New Hampshire. Attorneys must individually apply for credit and, if mandated by the state, submit accreditation fees directly.
