Join our peer education sessions to gain valuable insights and tools for success. There are three types of sessions you can attend.

Q&A: Ask questions related to your SER on a drop-in basis.
Goal Alignment: Find out-of-class learning opportunities and understand next steps to engage
Resume Development and Interview Preparation: Reflect on your out-of-class experiences with future goals in mind.

Candy Hearts & Campus Opportunities!

We had a great talking with students about the Spartan Experience Record and giving out candy hearts at our latest event on Tuesday, February 11th, in the STEM building. Thank you to everyone who stopped by!

Who might want this information?

The first audience for this information is you, as you can learn from it and notice patterns about your engagement.

Other interested parties are employers and graduate schools who may utilize your SER to support the narratives you share. Faculty/Staff/Supervisors can use your SER to write stronger letters of recommendation on your behalf. Additionally, scholarship committees could use your SER to understand how you've grown as holistically.

Add to the Spartan Experience Record

The Spartan Experience Record team is excited to hear from you about the out-of-class experiences you’re involved in, especially those experiences that are not yet included in the SER. Undergraduate students can submit an experience to be included in the SER via the student submission worksheet. Ambassadors are happy to assist students through the submission process. Email mystory@msu.edu for assistance throughout the process or once submissions are complete.
