The 2023 winter season has started off with a bang. And because of it, Colorado is experiencing an unusually persistent amount of snow and ice left on the ground. The combination of cold temperatures and lack of sun is making it more difficult to stay ahead of ice accumulation.
Following snowfall with of accumulation of 2 inches or more, it is the responsibility of residents and business owners to remove snow and ice from sidewalks within 48 hours. On a corner lot? Don't forget to remove snow and ice from both sidewalks.
