Here's what you said about us...
Adriana Goetz, Tree Preservation and Landscape Inspector, Engineering and Tree Preservation, Land Development
Adriana Goetz with Tree and Landscape is very intelligent, and a helpful person that gave her time and knowledge to show us how landscaping should be done by the rules and regulations of the City of San Antonio. We are very thankful and grateful for her services.

Andrew Espinoza, Development Services Manager, Plan Review, Ray Herrera, Sr. Building Inspector, Field Services and David Rohde, Plumbing Inspections Supervisor,
Field Services
These gentlemen exhibited a professional and courteous attitude. Their knowledge of the code is evident, and their judgement is excellent as well. They demonstrated a willingness to go the extra mile in the service they provided and all actions were within the confines of the code. It is refreshing and comforting to be able to receive information that will help me comply with all requirements. These gentlemen know how to interpret the code, thereby making the difference in people's situations that could mean succeeding or failing at the project at hand. COSA should hire more people like these gentlemen. Thank you very much.

Juanita Romero, Planner, and Rick Carrizales, Sr. Planner, Land Entitlements,
Land Development
Juanita and Rick were very helpful in assisting us to get our plat approved before the deadline. Very appreciative of their effort and hard work.

Nicolas Lopez, Code Enforcement Investigator,Code Enforcement, Field Services
Officer Nicolas Lopez was very professional, thoroughly explained and addressed all of my questions and concerns, and with what he was not completely sure of, he took the time to walk me to the department that would help me accomplish the task that was set before me. In my opinion Officer Lopez is definitely an asset to DSD, as I witnessed his knowledge and professionalism first hand.

Amanda Balderas, Development Services Rep, Customer Advocate, Plan Review
Miss Balderas was extremely helpful and courteous. She was always smiling and very helpful. I really appreciate her great attitude. Not being familiar with the building department in San Antonio, she took the time to thoroughly explain. She is a great asset.

Amin Tohmaz, Development Services Engineer, Plan Review
I wanted to send a follow-up email to say thank you to  Amin Tohmaz ! The team that you assembled for our PPR was clearly an "A" team! I feel certain that we are going to have a smooth experience under your leadership.
