Honoring a True Legend of Devon

"Mindful" Retirement Ceremony

Exhibitors, owners, and spectators gathered to honor one of Devon's true legends on Thursday afternoon following the $50,000 USHJA International Hunter Derby. Selma Garber’s 21-year-old Hanoverian gelding Mindful took his final lap around the Dixon Oval as part of his retirement ceremony at the 129th Devon Horse Show and Country Fair.

Budweiser Clydesdales

The Devon Horse Show & Country Fair was thrilled to welcome back the iconic Budweiser Clydesdales for their first of two performances at this year's event on Thursday evening. These big, high-stepping bays will perform once more on Saturday, May 31.

Devon Tradition on Display

From Hackneys and Saddlebreds to roadsters, carriages, and more, the Dixon Oval came alive today with the elegance and excitement of classic breed and carriage competition—a true celebration of equestrian tradition.
