Jacobs Center Health & Safety Resources
The Jacobs Center continues to compile a list of ongoing resources for the community. For example, the San Diego Youth Services STARS program offers assistance for commercial sexual exploitation of children and human trafficking survivors in San Diego County. If you have any resources you’d like to share on our page, email info@jacobscenter.org or message us on Facebook or Instagram.
7 Self-care Tips During the Pandemic
Dealing with the pandemic has been difficult for everyone. Enduring social, financial and psychological stressors has been an even greater challenge. Practicing self-care daily can help you and your family get through this time. Even if it just means taking a break, drinking more water or reading a book, doing little things can improve your day.
Get the COVID Facts
We have partnered with Multicultural Health Foundation’s campaign to encourage safe practices during the pandemic. It’s up to all of us to keep our community safe and healthy from COVID-19, including continuing to wear masks, practicing social distancing and washing hands.

We also encourage everyone to take advantage of FREE COVID-19 testing in Southeastern San Diego. Even if you do not have any symptoms, getting tested for COVID-19 is the most effective way to slow the spread.
