This notice is directed to
all potential and existing customers of DIAMONDLITE.
DIAMONDLITE, a
totally fraudulent product, is advertised by Apple Green
Diamond, Japan as the new simulated diamond created by
bonding nanocrystalline diamond to cubic zirconia gems surface.
The owner of Apple Green Diamond Mr. Arun Thapar
had purchased Diamantine from Serenity Technologies Inc. , USA
during 2008-2009. Serenity no longer supplies its product to Apple
Green Diamond and would strongly caution all who have or seek to
purchase Diamondlite. All literature and website content being
posted by Mr. Arun Thapar, Apple Green Diamond or
www.diamondlite.co.jp are
copied from Serenity's original marketing and technical content for
which this company and individual are under investigation for
intellectual property and copyright
infringement.
SERENITY TECHNOLOGIES
INC., USA is the only producer of nanocrystalline
diamond coated cubic zirconia in the world and is sold only under
the brand DIAMANTINE.
Diamantine is protected by worldwide
pending patents and any entity that purchases Diamondlite will be
violating Serenity's intellectual property rights and exposing
themselves to costly infringement lawsuits and damages.
DIAMANTINE is currently under
exclusive license to TITAN INDUSTRIES - TATA group for all India
market and is available directly from Serenity for
