Pastor Jana will be in Europe with her husband Sean for their 25th anniversary. Rev. Love will share the message on Sunday, Feb. 23rd and teach Disciple Bible Study on Feb. 19th. There will be no Zoom Bible Study on February 19th or 26th.

We're Looking for Volunteers

We are putting together a team to help with this year's Easter Carnival. Every year we have a big event for the children of our community where we give away Easter eggs as prizes during carnival games, serve lunch, and have other fun. This year's carnival is April 12, 11-1PM. We need a planning team. If you would like to help, please let Marianne Wiggins know.

Ash Wednesday Worship

March 5, 6:30 PM

You're invited to the service which begins the season of Lent. We will prepare ourselves for this season with the imposition of ashes and reminding ourselves of the need for our Savior.

Ladies' Retreat

Fearfully & Wonderfully Made

March 8, 10 am - 3 pm, $15

Rev. Barbara Dunlap will be leading the ladies of Dido and our community in a fun day of food, door prizes, games, and learning. When you look at Exodus 2, you might think it's about the birth of Moses, but it's really about two ladies named Jochebed and Miriam. Our society often overlooks women as if they are only present to support the men, but Rev. Dunlap is going to share with us the importance of the ladies.

Eagle Mountain Elementary News

(Dido's Adopted School)

• We adopted 11 families in 2024 to buy Christmas gifts for. That's 28 children! Thanks for making their Christmas bright!
• We are currently sending 22 snack packs per week to children in need of weekend meals.
• As always, if you would like to help the nurse at the school, she is in need of boys and girls underwear (new) in all sizes (especially kindergarten/1st size), gently used stretch waist shorts and pants in all sizes, and feminine products.

2nd Monday of Every Month

8:45 am - 1 pm (Come for an hour or stay the entire time)

Gather groceries and give them to guests

We continually collect items just inside the entrance to the Fellowship Hall and in the entryway to the Sanctuary. This month's special "fill the cart" need is located above in the newsletter. If you have other items to donate, please drop them off and we will take them each week. Thank you in advance for your help!

Community Link Food Pantry

Gather groceries for those in need. Pick your days and times. They are open for volunteers: M-Th 9 am-2 pm, F 9 am-12

Dido has sent the funds for the pastor's motorcycle and to pay the hospital for taking care of the pastor during his malaria outbreak. We will put pictures of the new motorcycle in the newsletter when we have them.
