| Don't Miss the 2026 Delaware Trust Conference! | | | |
The countdown to the 2026 Delaware Trust Conference is on, and the excitement officially begins at our kickoff reception. This year's event promises insightful discussions, meaningful networking, and the opportunity to celebrate one of our industry's highest honors: the presentation of the Delaware Trust Lifetime Achievement Award.
As we prepare to welcome attendees from across the country, one debate has unexpectedly emerged: is it the Phillie Phanatic or the Philly Phanatic? While lifelong fans may have strong opinions, we're leaving that controversy to our readers, and looking forward to the special appearance by the local favorite green mascot at the kickoff reception!
Today, Delaware's trust industry has earned global recognition, and we're proud to showcase the expertise, innovation, and leadership that continue to make our state a premier trust jurisdiction. We look forward to welcoming you to Wilmington later this month for what promises to be another outstanding conference.
We hope to see you there!

Prismm has been selected as one of the Top 20 finalists in TechCrunch Startup Battlefield at Disrupt 2026, a highly competitive startup competition that showcases emerging companies with significant growth potential.
Thousands of startups applied for consideration this year. From that pool, 200 companies were selected to participate in Startup Battlefield, with only 20 advancing to pitch live on the main stage at TechCrunch Disrupt in San Francisco. Historically, Startup Battlefield has served as a launchpad for notable technology companies including Dropbox, Discord, Cloudflare, and Trello.
As a Top 20 finalist, Prismm will present its solution during a live pitch session before a panel of venture capital judges, followed by a question-and-answer discussion evaluating the company's business model, innovation, and market opportunity.
This recognition highlights Prismm's continued momentum and places the company among a select group of startups receiving national visibility at one of the technology industry's premier events.

Explore CRA Coverage
in Your State
| | |
Interactive maps now live
See how many banks are incentivized to invest in your community—and how changes could affect investment.
| |
The Community Reinvestment Act is a powerful tool, but often goes unknown in local communities. It incentivizes billions of dollars in private investment into low- and moderate-income neighborhoods every year. However, the impact of CRA depends on which banks are incentivized to provide capital to communities—and where.
Today, NAAHL and FairPlay AI have published interactive maps at naahl.org/cra that make local CRA coverage visible, showing where banks are actively incentivized to support affordable housing and community development and where coverage is thin or absent.
With federal agencies considering updates to the CRA framework, these maps are an important tool to understand the housing and community development impact nationwide and in your neighborhood.
What the Maps Show
The interactive maps allow you to explore CRA coverage across all 50 states, including:
- How many banks in your state are currently incentivized to make community development loans and investments
- Which communities have thin coverage from banks with community development incentives (only 1-5 banks) or no coverage from these banks at all ("community development deserts")
- How coverage would shift as the definitions of small, intermediate, and large banks change
- Which communities could lose coverage from banks with CRA incentives
