Happy July – As always, I hope this finds you well. The trend continues - what a time this is. I continue to be hopeful, and excited, that challenges we are presented will make us better as a nation, state, city and personally.

Questions are the basis of learning. Not “yes” or “no” questions, but tough questions. Why is ”This” happening? What does “This” cause? Learning is the essence of improving and asking tough questions opens the pages of learning.

Questions are tough though, because there are answers we may not want to know or do not like. However, these are the answers that bring about the opportunity to change if we can act on the answers and solutions we find.
