COVID-19 test ordering and scheduling will be fully automated for UCSF primary care patients. Just by logging onto MyChart, patients can be triaged and connected to the care they need, whether that be an in-person visit, video visit, or COVID-19 test. |

Courtney Lyles, PhD and Urmimala Sarkar, MD, MPH, collaborated with the Center for Care Innovations and the Commonwealth Fund to develop the Telemedicine for Health Equity Toolkit. The toolkit provides background information and concrete guidance for safety-net healthcare systems looking to initiate, expand, and improve their telemedicine programs. |
