The PSA World Tour Finals features eight men and women who qualified based on performances in Platinum tournaments over the course of the season. After dropping her opening pool play match against Joelle King, Sobhy will need wins against El Hammamy and Sarah-Jane Perry to advance for the first time in her third tournament appearance.
Arlen Specter US Squash Center memberships are now available to the community for purchase on www.spectercenter.org. Located in Philadelphia in the heart of Drexel University’s campus, the Specter Center is the new home of US Squash and the world’s largest community squash center. Members and the public will be welcomed to the facility for the first time when the Specter Center's soft opening phase begins on July 6, 2021.

Beginning in 2020, US Squash has celebrated the graduating senior class by publishing personal reflections from players on their junior squash careers, and what they look forward to in their next chapter in life and squash. This tradition continues in 2021 with a senior class that has shown remarkable resilience through the challenges presented by the pandemic during their junior and senior years.

In accordance with the Association By-laws, ARTICLE IV, Section 1, the Association hosted an Annual Meeting of the Members on June 15, 2021. This year, the meeting was held virtually via Zoom. Watch a replay on the US Squash Youtube Channel. The three Directors elected include Board Chair Soo Venkatesan, Danny Dolan and Robert Osborne, Jr.

Faraz Khan and Stefanoni sisters, Marina and Lucie, will compete against the world’s best in the 2020-2021 PSA World Championships presented by the Walter Family after progressing through wild card playoffs, June 10-12, at the Arlen Specter US Squash Center in Philadelphia.

The world's best squash players descend on the University Club of Chicago next month for the PSA World Championships presented by the Walter Family, July 14-22. Egypt's Tarek Momen and Nour El Sherbini will defend their world titles, while a record ten Americans will compete in the sport's pinnacle on home soil. The 2021 U.S. Open Squash Championships dates have shifted one day to October 1-8 from a previously-announced October 2-9. The 2021 edition will celebrate ten years of partnership with Drexel University, and herald a new era for the tournament in the Arlen Specter US Squash Center. Applications for the 2020-2021 US Squash Scholar Athlete Award are now available, providing high school students the opportunity to be recognized for their academic and athletic accomplishments over the past year. The Specter Center is planned to open later this year and will feature eighteen singles courts and two hardball doubles courts. The Specter Center will anchor the US Squash Community Affiliate Network and provide broad community access from its location in one of twenty-two federally-designated Promise Zone neighborhoods. The Specter Center will also house the U.S. Squash Hall of Fame, offer world-class high-performance training resources to Team USA athletes, serve as the US Squash national headquarters and operate a Learning & Innovation Center in partnership with SquashSmarts.
