From the CEO: Sensational Season; Promising Prospects

As our fiscal year, and 2023-2024 season, come to a close, I am excited to look back and report out on what was truly a historic year for our sport.

New Directors Elected During Annual Meeting

Current Directors, Board Chair Sandy Tierney and Audit and Risk Committee Chair Nick LePore were re-elected to the Board. New Directors elected include Carey Anderson, Zerline Goodman and Brian Leonard. In addition, Will Carlin, CSA Board Chair, and David Kay, SEA Senior Advisor, were also appointed as ex-officio members of the Board by the Board of Directors.

Weaver and Brownell Crowned National Champions

After reaching career high world rankings in recent weeks, Olivia Weaver and Timmy Brownell ended their seasons with a flourish by winning the U.S. Women’s and S.L. Green U.S. Men’s Championships Friday, June 14, at the Specter Center.

U.S. Junior Women Earn Pan Ams Team Gold; Team USA Brings Home Six Medals from Ecuador

Team USA earned six medals at the 2024 Pan American Junior Championships—including junior women’s team gold for a third straight year—June 16-22, in Quito, Ecuador.

New York Knights Defeat Nashville Crushers to Lift Inaugural NSL Title

The New York Knights defeated the Nashville Crushers to claim the NSL title in a thrilling conclusion to the league's inaugural season Saturday, June 21, at the Specter Center.

The 2024 U.S. Open has the opportunity for groups to attend any day but Finals day and get prime viewing in a reserved front wall or side wall seating box. The 2023-2024 High School Squash All-Americans have been announced. All-American recognition celebrates junior players who have reached a pinnacle of accomplishment in junior tournament competition and high school league play.

2023-2024 Scholar Athlete Award Applications Available

Applications for the 2023-2024 US Squash Scholar Athlete Award are now available, providing high school students the opportunity to be recognized for their academic and athletic accomplishments over the past year. The deadline for applications is July 31, 2024.

Women’s World Champion Nouran Gohar and Men’s World No.1 Ali Farag have won the 2023-24 Xbox PSA World Tour Finals after contrasting matches with Nour El Sherbini and Mostafa Asal, respectively, at Bellevue’s Boys and Girls Club Hidden Valley Field House.
