US Squash formally opened the Peggy & Leo Pierce U.S. Squash Hall of Fame, housed at the Arlen Specter US Squash Center in Philadelphia, and inducted four new members to the Hall of Fame: Tom Page, John Fry, Nancy Gengler-Saint, and Gail Ramsay, April 2, 2022.

The special ceremony was held Saturday evening after the conclusion of the semifinals of the National Singles, which is being played April 1-3 at the Specter Center. Nearly 400 attendees enjoyed a welcome reception ahead of the festivities, before gathering to celebrate the unveiling of the permanent home of the U.S. Squash Hall of Fame. Amanda Sobhy and Olivia Fiechter reached another historic milestone for Team USA in PSA Platinum events, becoming the first two Americans to reach the Allam British Open quarterfinals together April 1, in Hull. Sobhy then went on to defeat Fiechter and become the first American to reach back-to-back British Open semifinals.
 
US Squash has filled important positions in its senior management team in recent months, adding Melinda Berkman as Chief Financial Officer in November of 2021 and Nick Kokiko as Vice President of Institutional Advancement this March. Both are new roles at US Squash and reflect the increased complexity and expanding nature of the organization.

The U.S. men’s team earned two bronze medalsindividual and doublesand will aim for team gold as the two seeds at the Pan American Championships in Guatemala. Faraz Khan earned Bronze in the individual draw, while Timmy Brownell & Spencer Lovejoy earned Bronze in the doubles competition.
