The military Junta sticks to nationalism and utilize some of its reservists as ultra-nationalist groups to spread hate speech both online and offline. BHRN documented hate speech cases from July 1^st to July 30^th to do a study on analyzing hate speech. The objectives of this report are to know the spreading of hate speech, the social network of hate speech spreader and the effect of it. It is hopeful to raise awareness by analyzing hate speech, to be able to discuss current hate speeches and to be helpful to the awareness-raising processes that aim to reduce consequences of hate speech.

This report was done by monitoring selected Facebook Pages, Groups and Telegram Channels that systematically spread hate speech. In this report, hate speech can be widely seen in term of numerals, data, examples, cases and term usage. 

           For the monthly reports of BHRN hate speech study, 3 Meta Pages, 12 Facebook Groups, 50 Facebook Accounts, 15 Telegram Channels and 4 Print Media such as The Mirror and Myanma Alinn, Bullet News Journal, Guardian Journal were daily monitored. The hate speeches spreading on social media and print media were monitored and documented by standardizing with international definitions of hate speech. The different types of hate speech were analyzed to understand hate speech better and the targets of hate speech were also documented. The documented information was concluded in line with research methodology.

A total of 91 hate speech cases were found during our monitoring process. The finding in this month includes that hate speech spreaders were using Facebook accounts more compared to Facebook Pages as the Facebook’s user policy has been strict to Pages. When accounts were disabled, some created new accounts and some moved to Telegram channels.

3.1 Hate Speech Targets

         In this month's monitoring, hate speech targets were the Christian community, Islam community, ethnic armed organizations involved in spring revolution, NUG, PDF, LGBTQ, ethnic groups and Daw Aung Sann Suu Kyi. In this finding, the most targeted group was Islam Community, the second was PDF and the third was NUG.

(3.1.1) The hate speech targeted to Islam Community

●    It was written that Soldier Ko Htwe should not be called as a ‘martyr’ because he was a Muslim and he allowed assassinators led by Galong U Saw to assassinate General Aung Sann and his ministers, and Ko Htwe was killed only when the assassinators returned to go out. It was also said that there was not a Muslim in ‘The Thirty Comrades’ and the Muslim started involving after the war to control the state power. Moreover, there was a conspiracy of Muslim in the assassination case of General Aung Sann as the Muslim believe that they will go to heaven after dead, so U Razaq and Solider Ko Htwe were supporting the assassination case as well. This hate speech was uploaded on Ko Myo Facebook Account known as a nationalist.  Image

●    Hate speech targeted OIC, NUG and Christian ethnic armed organizations.

A pro-junta Telegram Channel known as Ko Thet Channel uploaded a bar chart showing the background reasons of violence against Buddhist Monks. In that chart, it was mentioned that NUG got support from OIC and NUG gave financial support to Christian originations such as KIA and KNU that hold communist ideology to kill Buddhist Monks. It was also written that the violence against Buddhist monks were intentionally done as there was not killing of other religious leaders. That pro-junta Telegram Channel had 68200 subscribers and that hate speech had 27.4K views.  Image

(3.1.2) Hate speech targeted the Christian community and Ethic armed organizations

●    It was written that the KinPon Gate attack on Oct 12^th, 2022 and the explosion of a bridge on the highway road of KyaikHteeYoo Pagoda on Jul 6^th, 2023 were done by Christian organization KNU with the support of OIC member states to intentionally attack the Buddhist religion.   Image

●    A pro-junta Telegram channel named as Ka Ka Han Telegram Channel controlled by a junta lobbyist Han Nyein Oo, posted a cartoon related to the news of NUG minister Mahn Win Khine Than meeting KNLA and PDF. The cartoon was depreciating PDF as dogs and accusing PDF were crying just to get money from foreigns.  Image

●    It was written that the individuals involved in the revolution had been in desperate life, some were dead, some accused each other as ‘betrayers’ and EAO also brutally killed those who ran away. That hate speech article portraying ethnic armed organizations as criminals was written by Maung Nyo Win (Ayeyarwady) and published by Bullet News Journal Vol (5), No (18).  Image

(3.1.3) Hate Speech Targeted PDF

●    Military Lover Facebook Group posted that PDF are terrorists and they are killing innocent civilians and raping children in Saw Township. Image

●    A pro-junta Telegram Channel named as Ka Ka Han Channel used by Han Nyein Oo posted that referring to PDFs as martyrs after their dead was awful and he was referring to PDFs as dogs. Ka Ka Han Channel had 45000 subscribers and that hate speech had 11400 views. Image

●    Military Lover Facebook Group posted that PDF killed an old person who came back with his pension and took that money. Image

●    It was also written that PDFs were arbitrarily asking for money from the civilians in the name of revolution while Mudon-Thanphyuzayat road was underwater. Image

(3.1.4) Hate Speech related to NUG

●    NUG foreign affairs minister Daw Zin Mar Aung attended the oath-taking ceremony of Timor-Leste’s Government in Timor-Leste. The Junta foreign minister summoned the Charge Affairs of Timor-Leste Embassy and told them that NUG and PDF were terrorists and NUG was under banishment. He also depreciated Daw Zin Mar Aung as a prostitute. That hate speech was uploaded in Telegram Channel of NaungTawLay, an ultra-nationalist activist. That telegram channel had 1.2K subscribers.  Image

●    Ko Aung Kyaw Moe, a Rohingya, was appointed as a vice-minister of NUG. Based on that news, Yan Naing Magway Account posted that NUG was to kill Myanmar Buddhist community each other by obeying English, American and OIC. Upon their control, NUG is disintegrating Myanmar and recognizing other ethnicities as national ethnics to give them citizen cards, so that state, race and religion needed to be protected.  Image

Tunwin Saichon Facebook Account posted a status titled as ‘Time to unite’ saying that a rich Muslim man in Mawlamyine married a Chinese Buddhist woman by saying he will convert to Buddhism. However, he did not convert until they had five children so the women divorced him. He then married a friend of his daughter, who was also a Buddhist. His second wife did not convert to Muslim but their four children became Muslim.

Moreover, he also wrote that there were only Bamar in U Loon Street of Tamwe Township around 1990. Then one or two apartments were sold to Muslim and only Muslims can be seen nowadays there.

It was also propagated that half of the residents in 43^rd Street were Muslim and the other half was Buddhist around 2006-2007. However, only one or two Buddhist houses are remain there nowadays and those houses are also pressured to leave the area by noises in their prayer times.

It is also propagated that Bamar people are killing each other including monks while other group is leaking into the inner circle of the Bamar community. This could lead that Bamar will become a guest in their own country and will disappear ethnically and religiously in the next generation. 

Propaganda about Islamization and NO GO ZONE

The term Islamization was widely used in Ma Ba Tha movements. They also classified Islamization into different steps under the title of ‘Islamization and NO-GO ZONE’. The meaning of Islamization in that NO GO ZONE was “ an action done by swearing GOD and pretending as religious. The Muslims do Islamization secretly when they have lesser power. Power means money, population, circumstances and Only One Order. They do armed Jihad when they have enough people and weapons. When Muslim become stronger and non-Muslim are not there, they import Muslim from foreign countries, make networks with Muslim terrorist organizations based in foreign countries, doing terrorist trainings secretly, disobey local administration and fight back with weapons.” It is propagated that Islamization is happening in every region of Myanmar and it is time to monitor and notice the Muslim carefully so that it will be possible to protect from Muslim.

Hate Speech on Print Media

As the Chinese population is increasing day by day in Mandalay, there is no place that is free from Muslims in Yangon. Myanmar's economy is not in the hand of Myanmar for long. How many pure Myanmar are there in UMFCCI headquarters? How many pure Myanmar are there in government tender? It is easy to know how many pure Myanmar involve in government tender events. All Chinese and Muslim were empty-handed when they migrated to Myanmar. They became wealthy even to control Myanmar's economy after three generations. It is not the Myanmar people who manipulated the gold and money exchange market. There is nothing in the hands of Myanmar.

Effects on ground

The sentence “not renting to Non-Buddhist” had been widely used in almost house renting posters even in Muslim-majority townships in Yangon region. Nowadays, the buyers have to sign in a contract that they will not sell the house to Muslim when they want to sell back.

In this month report, it was found that the hate speech was more generated especially when the defensive power of the revolutionary forces was accelerated against military junta, saying ethnic armed organizations were getting supports from Muslim states and using PDF to destroy the Buddhism and the country. In implementing ultra-nationalist ideology, the military junta always propagated that revolutionary forces such as NUG, PDF and ethnic armed organizations were collaborating with Muslim states and English states to destroy Buddhism.  

အာဏာသိမ်းစစ်တပ်သည် အမျိုးသားရေးဝါဒကို စွဲမြဲစွာကိုင်စွဲထားပြီး စစ်တပ်၏အရံအင်အားစုများထဲမှ အစွန်းရောက်အမျိုးသားရေး အင်အားစုအဖြစ် ဖော်ဆောင်ကာ မြေပြင်နှင့် အွန်လိုင်းများကို အသုံးပြုပြီး အမုန်းစကားများကို နည်းဗျူဟာတခုအနေဖြင့် အသုံးချလျက်ရှိပါသည်။​ BHRN အဖွဲ့သည် ဇူလိုင်လ ၁ ရက်နေ့မှ ဇူလိုင်လ ၃၀ ရက်နေ့အထိ အမုန်းစကားများကို စောင့်ကြည့်လေ့လာ မှတ်တမ်းတင်ပြီး ခွဲခြမ်းစိတ်ဖြာနိုင်ရန် ရည်ရွယ်၍ ယခုလေ့လာမှုကို ပြုလုပ်ခဲ့ပါသည်။ ယခုအစီရင်ခံစာ၏ ရည်ရွယ်ချက်မှာ တစ်လအတွင်း အမုန်းစကားများ ပျံ့နှံ့မှု၊ အမုန်းစကားဖြန့်ဝေသည့် လူမှုကွန်ယက်များ၊ အမုန်းစကားများ၏ သက်ရောက်မှုများကို သိရှိရန်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။ အမုန်းစကားများကို ဆန်းစစ်ခြင်းဖြင့် အသိပညာများ ပိုမိုမြှင့်တင်နိုင်ရန်၊ လက်ရှိ အမုန်းစကားဖြစ်ပေါ်မှုများကို ပိုမိုဆွေးနွေးနိုင်ရန်၊ အမုန်းစကားကြောင့် ဖြစ်ပေါ် နိုင်သည့် ဆိုးကျိုးများကို လျော့ကျစေရန် လုပ်ဆောင်ကြသည့် ပညာပေးဆွေးနွေးခြင်းလုပ်ငန်းများတွင် အထောက်အပံ့ ဖြစ်နိုင်မည်ဟု မျှော်လင့်ပါသည်။



ယခုအစီရင်ခံစာသည် သတ်မှတ်ရွေးချယ်ထားသည့် Facebook လူမှုကွန်ယက်မှ page များ၊ group များ၊ telegram channel များကို လေ့လာစောင့်ကြည့်ပြီး စနစ်တကျဖြန့်ဝေထားသည့် အမုန်းစကားများကို လေ့လာမှတ်တမ်းတင်ပြီး ဖော်ပြထားပါသည်။ ယခုအစီရင်ခံစာတစ်ခုလုံးတွင် အမုန်းစကားများကို ကျယ်ကျယ်ပြန့်ပြန့်တွေ့နိုင်ပြီး ကိန်းဂဏန်းများဖြင့်လည်းကောင်း၊ အချက်အလက်သာဓကများဖြင့်လည်းကောင်း၊ ဖြစ်ရပ်များအားလည်းကောင်း၊ အသုံးအနှုန်းများ ကိုလည်းကောင်း တွေ့ရှိလေ့လာနိုင်ပါသည်။

BHRN ၏ အမုန်းစကားများလေ့လာမှု လစဉ်အစီရင်ခံစာများတွင် စံသတ်မှတ်ထားသည့် Meta page (၃)ခု၊ facebook group (၁၂) ခု၊ facebook account (၅၀) ခု၊ telegram channel (၁၅)ခုနှင့် ပုံနှိပ်မီဒီယာများဖြစ်သည့် ကြေးမုံ၊ မြန်မာ့အလင်း၊ Bullet News Journal၊ Guardian Journal စုစုပေါင်း (၄) ခုတို့ကို နေ့စဉ် လေ့လာစောင့်ကြည့်မှုပြုလုပ်ပါသည်။ ဆိုရှယ်မီဒီယာများနှင့် ပုံနှိပ်မီဒီယာများတွင် တွေ့ရှိရသည့် အမုန်းစကားများကို လေ့လာစောင့်ကြည့်မှတ်တမ်းတင်ပြီး နိုင်ငံတကာ အမုန်းစကား အဓိပ္ပာယ်သတ်မှတ်ချက်များနှင့်အညီ ခွဲခြမ်းစိတ်ဖြာ မှတ်တမ်းသွင်းပါသည်။ အမုန်းစကားများကို ပိုမိုနားလည် သဘောပေါက်စေရန် အမုန်းစကား အမျိုးအစားများကို ခွဲခြမ်းစိတ်ဖြာမှုများပြုလုပ်ပြီး အမုန်းစကား ဦးတည်ပစ်မှတ်များကိုလည်း မှတ်တမ်းသွင်းမှုကိုပြုလုပ်ပါသည်။ လေ့လာစောင့်ကြည့် မှတ်တမ်းသွင်းထားသည့် အချက် အလက်များကို သုတေသနနည်းနာများဖြင့် သုံးသပ်ဖော်ပြထားပါသည်။ 

ကျွန်ုပ်တို့ ယခုလ လေ့လာစောင့်ကြည့်မှုတွင် အမုန်းစကားအရေအတွက် (၉၁) ခုကိုတွေ့ရှိခဲ့ပါသည်။ ယခုလတွေ့ရှိချက်များတွင် facebook Page များကို အမုန်းစကားဖြန့်ဝေသူများသည် facebook ၏ သုံးစွဲသူမူဝါဒများကို တင်းကြပ်စွာဆောင်ရွက်လာသဖြင့် သုံးစွဲမှု လျော့ကျလာပြီး account များကို ပိုမို အသုံးပြုလာကြသည်။ Account များပျက်ပါက အကောင့်သစ်များဖွင့်ခြင်းနှင့် Telegram channel များကို ပြောင်းလဲအသုံးပြုလာကြသည်။ 

ယခုလ လေ့လာစောင့်ကြည့်မှုတွင် တွေ့ရှိရသည့် အမုန်းစကားများ၏ ဦးတည်ပစ်မှတ်များမှာ ခရစ်ယာန်ဘာသာဝင်များ၊ အစ္စလာမ်ဘာသာဝင်များ၊ နွေဦးတော်လှန်ရေးတွင် ပါဝင်နေသည့် တိုင်းရင်းသား လက်နက်ကိုင်အဖွဲ့အစည်းများ၊ NUG၊ PDF၊ LGBTQ၊ တိုင်းရင်းသားလူမျိုးစုများ၊ ဒေါ်အောင်ဆန်းစုကြည်နှင့် ပတ်သက်သည့် အမုန်းစကားများကို တွေ့ရှိရပါသည်။ ယခုတွေ့ရှိမှုတွင် အမုန်းစကားဦးတည်တိုက်ခိုက်ခံရမှု အများဆုံးမှာ အစ္စလာမ်ဘာသာဝင်ဖြစ်ပြီး ဒုတိယအများစုမှာ PDF ဖြစ်ပြီး တတိယတိုက်ခိုက်ခံရမှု အများဆုံးမှာ NUG ဖြစ်ပါသည်။

၃၊ ၁၊ ၁။ အစ္စလာမ်ဘာသာဝင်များနှင့်ပတ်သက်သည့် အမုန်းစကားများ

●       အာဇာနည်နေ့တွင် ရဲဘော်ကိုထွေးအား အစ္စလာမ်ဘာသာဝင်ဖြစ်သည့်အပေါ် ဗိုလ်ချုပ်အောင်ဆန်း အပါအဝင် ဝန်ကြီးများအစည်းဝေးသို့ ဂဠုန်ဦးစော၏ အဖွဲ့ဝင်များက လုပ်ကြံရန်လာသည့်အခါ ရဲဘော်ကိုထွေးမှ ခွင့်ပြုခဲ့ကြောင်းနှင့် အပြန်မှသာ နှုတ်ပိတ်ခံရခြင်း ဖြစ်သည့်အတွက် အာဇာနည်ဟု မခေါ်ထိုက်ကြောင်းရေးသားခဲ့သည်။ တိုင်းပြည် လွတ်လပ်ရေး ကြိုးပမ်းချိန် ရဲဘော်သုံးကျိတ်တွင် မည်သည့်မွတ်စလင်မှ မပါကြောင်းနှင့် စစ်ပြီးမှသာ မွတ်စလင်များမှ နိုင်ငံရေးလောကထဲဝင်လာပြီး တိုင်းပြည် အာဏာကို ချုပ်ကိုင်ရန် ကြိုးပမ်းမှု ဖြစ်သည်ဟုလည်း ဖော်ပြထားသည်။ ထို့ပြင် ဗိုလ်ချုပ် လုပ်ကြံခံမှုတွင် မွတ်စလင်များ၏ ပယောက မကင်းကြောင်း၊ အစ္စလာမ်ဘာသာတွင် အသတ်ခံရ လျှင် ဂျန္နသ်ရောက်သည်ဟု ပါသဖြင့် ဗိုလ်ချုပ်လုပ်ကြံခံရမှုတွင် အစ္စလာမ်ဘာသာဝင်များဖြစ်သည့် ဦးရာဇတ်နှင့် ရဲဘော်ကိုထွေးတို့ ပါဝင်ကြောင်းအား အပြစ်သားများအဖြင့် ပုံဖော်ရေးသားထား ပါသည်။ ယခုအမုန်းစကားအား အမျိုးသားရေးသမားဖြစ်သူ Ko Myo facebook acc မှာ ဖော်ပြထားပါသည်။  Image

●       OIC အဖွဲ့နှင့် NUG အဖွဲ့များ၊ ခရစ်ယာန်တိုင်းရင်းသားလက်နက်ကိုင်အဖွဲ့များအား ဦးတည်သည့် အမုန်းစကားများ

ဗုဒ္ဓဘာသာဝင်ရဟန်းသံဃာတော်များ အကြမ်းဖက်ခံနေရသည့် နောက်ကွယ်မှ အကြောင်းအရာများ ဟူ၍ Chart တခုကို စစ်ကောင်စီ၏ ဝါဒဖြန့် Telegram channel တခုဖြစ်သည့် Ko Thet Channel တွင် စတင် ဖြန့်ခဲ့သည်။ ထို Chart တွင် NUG အစိုးရသည် OIC အဖွဲ့၏ အထောက်အပံ့များကိုယူကာ ခရစ်ယာန်အဖွဲ့များဖြစ်သည့် KIA နှင့် KNU အဖွဲ့များကို ငွေကြေးထောက်ပံ့ပေးပြီး ကွန်မြူနစ်စိတ်ဓာတ်ရှိသူများအား ဗုဒ္ဓဘာသာ ရဟန်းသံဃာများကို သတ်ဖြစ်မှုများ ဆောင်ရွက်သည်ဟုဖော်ပြထားသည်။ အခြားဘာသာ ရေးခေါင်းဆောင်များကို သတ်ဖြတ်မှုမရှိသည့်အတွက် ဗုဒ္ဓဘာသာအား ရည်ရွယ်ချက်ရှိရှိ အကြမ်းဖက်ခြင်းဖြစ်ကြောင်း ရေးသားထားသည်။ စစ်ကောင်စီဝါဒဖြန့် ထို Telegram channel တွင် Subcribe လုပ်သူဦးရေ 68200 ကျော်ရှိပြီး အထက်ပါ အမုန်းစကားအား ဝင်ရောက်ကြည့်သူ 27.4 K ရှိပါသည်။ Image

၃၊ ၁၊ ၂။ ခရစ်ယာန်ဘာသာနှင့်တိုင်းရင်းသားလက်နက်ကိုင်များအား ဦးတည်သည့် အမုန်းစကား

●       ၂၀၂၂ခုနှစ် အောက်တိုဘာလ ၁၂ရက်နေ့တွင် ကင်းပွန်းစခန်းကားဂိတ်ရှိ စစ်ကောင်စီ အဖွဲ့ဝင်များ တိုက်ခိုက်ခံရမှုနှင့် ၂၀၂၃ခုနှစ် ဇူလိုင်လ ၆ ရက်နေ့တွင် ကျိုက်ထီးရိုးဘုရားဆီသို့ ပြေးဆွဲနေသည့် ကားလမ်းမပေါ်ရှိ တံတားအား ဖောက်ခွဲသည့် ဖြစ်စဉ် နှစ်ခုအား ခရစ်ယာန်များဖြစ်သည့် KNU အဖွဲ့သည် OIC နိုင်ငံ၏ အထောက်အပံ့များကိုယူပြီး ဗုဒ္ဓဘာသာာအား တိုက်ခိုက်နေခြင်းဖြစ်ကြောင်း ရေးသားဖော်ပြထားသည်။ တိုင်းရင်းသား လက်နက်ကိုင်အဖွဲ့ဖြစ်သည့် KNU အား အပြစ်သားအဖြစ် နိုင့်ထက်စီးနင်း ရေးသားသည့် အမုန်းစကားအား စစ်ကောင်စီဝါဒဖြင့် Ko Thet telegram channel တွင် ဖော်ပြထားသည်။ Image

●       NUG ဝန်ကြီးချုပ် မန်းဝင်းခိုင်သန်း ကရင်ပြည်နယ်ရှိ KNLA နှင့် PDF တပ်ဖွဲ့ဝင်များကို သွားရောက်တွေ့ဆုံသည့် သတင်းအားအခြေခံပြီး ဟန်ငြိမ်းဦးအသုံးပြုသည့် Ka Ka Han Telegram channel တွင် ပြည်ပမှ အထောက်အပံ့ရဖို့ PDFများအား အရိုးကိုက် သည့်ခွေးဟု ခိုင်းနှိုင်းပြောဆိုပြီး လာရောက်တွေ့ခြင်းဖြစ်ကြောင်း၊ PDF များသည် ပြည်ပမှ အထောက်အပံ့ရအောင် မျက်ရည်ချူနိုင်ကြောင်း အသုံးချလို့ရကြောင်းကို PDFများအား လူအဖြစ်မှ နှိမ့်ချပြီး ခွေးဖြင့်ခိုင်းနှိုင်းကာ ကာတွန်းဖြင့် ပုံဖော်ပြီး အမုန်းစကား ရေးသားထားပါသည်။ Image

၃၊ ၁၊ ၃။ PDF များအပေါ်စွပ်စွဲရေးသားသည့် အမုန်းစကားများ

●       PDF များသည် အကြမ်းဖက်သမားများဖြစ်ပြီး ဆောမြို့နယ်ရှိ အပြစ်မဲ့ပြည်သူများကို သတ်ဖြတ် ခြင်းများ ကလေးများအား အဓမ္မကျင့် သတ်ဖြတ်ခြင်းများပြုလုပ်သည်ဟု တပ်မတော် ချစ်မြတ်နိုး သူများ facebook group တွင်ဖော်ပြထားသည်။ Image

●       တီမောလက်စ်တေနိုင်ငံ၌ ကျင်းပသည့် (၉)ကြိမ်မြောက် အစိုးရ၏ ဝန်ကြီးချုပ်အသစ်နှင့် အစိုးရအသစ် ကျမ်းသစ္စာကျိန်ဆိုပွဲတွင် NUG နိုင်ငံခြားရေးဝန်ကြီး ဒေါ်ဇင်မာအောင်အား ဖိတ်ကြားမှုအပေါ် စစ်ကောင်စီနိုင်ငံခြားရေးဝန်ကြီးဌာန အမြဲတမ်းအတွင်းဝန်မှ ရန်ကုန်မြို့ တီမောလက်စ်တေသံရုံးယာယီတာဝန်ခံအား ခေါ်ယူပြီး NUG နှင့် PDF အဖွဲ့တို့သည် အကြမ်းဖက်အဖွဲ့များဖြစ်ကြောင်းနှင့် NUG အဖွဲ့သည် ပြည်ဖျက်မိစ္ဆာပြည်ပြေးအဖွဲ့များ ဖြစ်ကြောင်း ပြောကြားခဲ့ပြီး ဒေါ်ဇင်မာအောင်အား ဖာသည်မ ဟု နှိမ့်ချခေါ်ဝေါ်သည့် အမုန်းစကားများဖြင့် ဝါဒဖြန့်ခဲ့သည်။ ထိုအမုန်းစကားအား အစွန်းရောက်အမျိုးသားရေး ဦးဆောင်သူ နောင်တော်လေး၏ telegram channel တွင် ဖော်ပြထားသည်။ နောင်တော်လေး telegram channel တွင် Subcribe လုပ်ထားသူ 1.2k ရှိသည်။ Image

●       ရိုဟင်ဂျာတစ်ဦးဖြစ်သူ ကိုအောင်ကျော်မိုးအား NUG ဒုဝန်ကြီးခန့်အပ်မှုအပေါ် NUG သည် အင်္ဂလိပ်၊ အမေရိကန်နှင့် OIC အမိန့်ကို နာခံပြီး ဗုဒ္ဓဘာသာဝင်အချင်းချင်း၊ မြန်မာလူမျိုးအချင်းချင်း သတ်ဖြတ်မှုများကို ပြုလုပ်နေသည်။ ၎င်းတို့၏ ကြိုးဆွဲရာအတိုင်း NUG က မြန်မာပြည်ကို အစိတ်စိတ်အမွှာမွှာပြို ကွဲအောင်ပြုလုပ်နေပြီး ဘာသာခြားလူမျိုးခြားကို တိုင်းရင်းသားအသိမှတ်ပြုပြီး နိုင်ငံသားကဒ်ထုတ်ပေးဖို့ထိဆောင်ရွက်နေပြီး တိုင်းပြည်၊ လူမျိုး၊ ဘာသာသာသနာကို ကာကွယ်ဖို့လိုကြောင်း Yan Naing Magway account တွင် ရေးသားဖော်ပြထားသည်။ Image

Tunwin Saichon facebook account မှ ညီညွတ်ကြဖို့အချိန်တန်ပြီ ခေါင်းစဉ်ဖြင့် မော်လမြိုင်တွင် တစ်ချိန်က နာမည်ကြီးခဲ့သည့် တိုက်ပိုင်ရှင် မွတ်စလင်သူဌေးသည် ဗုဒ္ဓဘာသာထဲသို့ဝင်မည်ဟု လှည့်ဖြားက တရုတ်ဗုဒ္ဓဘာသာ အမျိုးသမီးကိုယူခဲ့ပြီး ကလေး ၅ယောက်ရသည်အထိ မဝင်ခဲ့သဖြင့် ကွာရှင်းခဲ့ကြောင်းနှင့် ထိုမွတ်စလင်သူဌေးသည် သူ့သမီး၏ သူငယ်ချင်းဗုဒ္ဓဘာသာ အမျိုးသမီးကို ထပ်ယူလိုက်ပြီး ဗုဒ္ဓဘာသာ အမျိုးသမီးသည် မွတ်စလင်မဖြစ်သည့်အပြင် မွေးလာသည့် ကလေး ၄ ယောက်ပါ မွတ်စလင်ဖြစ်သွား ခဲ့ကြောင်း ရေးသားခဲ့သည်။

ထို့ပြင် တာမွေမြို့ ဦးလွန်းလမ်းတွင် ၁၉၉၀ ဝန်ကျင်းကပင် ဗမာများသာ ရှိခဲ့ပြီး မွတ်စလင်များကို တစ်ခန်း နှစ်ခန်း ရောက်လိုက်ရာမှ ယခုအခါ မွတ်စ်လင်တွေပဲ မြင်ရတော့ကြောင်းထပ်မံရေးသားခဲ့သည်။

၂၀၀၆-၂၀၀၇ ဝန်းကျင်တွင် ဗိုလ်တစ်ထောင် ၄၃ လမ်းတွင် ဗမာနှင့် မွတ်စလင်တို့သည် တစ်ဝက် တစ်ဝက်လောက်သာရှိပြီး ယခုအခါ ဗမာအိမ်သည် တစ်အိမ် နှစ်အိမ်သာကျန်ပြီး မွတ်စလင် အိမ်များသာဖြစ်နေသည့်အပြင် ကျန်နေသည့် ဗမာ နှစ်အိမ်လောက်ကို ပြောင်းရွှေ့သွားရန် ဘေးပတ်လည်မှ ဘုရားရှိခိုးချိန်များတွင် ဆူညံနှောင့်ယှက်မှုများကို အမြဲပြုလုပ်ကြောင်း ဝါဒဖြန့် ရေးသားထားသည်။

ဗမာများသည် အချင်းချင်းမညီညွတ်ကြပဲ အနီ၊ အစိမ်းသတ်ဖြတ်နေကြပြီး သံဃာပါမကျန် သတ်ဖြတ်နေချိန်တွင် တစ်ဖက်အုပ်စုမှာ အတွင်းစည်းထိ ဝင်လာမှုသည် ဗမာများဧည့်သည်ဖြစ် နိုင်မည့်အကြောင်းနှင့် နောင်မျိုးဆက်မှာ လူမျိုးရော ဘာသာရော ပျောက်ကွယ်သွားနိုင်သည်ဟု ဝါဒဖြန့်မှုများ ရေးသားကြသည်။

အစ္စလာမ်မိုက်ဇေးရှင်းနှင့် နိုးဂိုးဇုံ ဝါဒဖြန့်ချိမှု(Islamization and NO GO ZONE)

မဘသ လှုပ်ရှားမှုများတွင် အစ္စလာမ်မိုက်ဇေးရှင်းကို အသုံးအနှုန်းကို ဝါဒဖြန့်ရန်အတွက် တွင်ကျယ်စွာအသုံးပြုခဲ့သည်။ ထို့ပြင် မဘသ အဖွဲ့ဝင်များသည် အစ္စလာမ်မိုက်ဇေးရှင်းနှင့် နိုးဂိုးဇုန် ခေါင်းစဉ်ဖြင့် အဆင့်များခွဲကာ အစ္စလာမ်မိုက်ဇေးရှင်းကို သတ်မှတ်ဖော်ပြထားသည်။ ထိုနိုးဂိုးဇုန်တွင် ဖော်ပြထားသည့် အစ္စလာမ်မိုက်ဇေးရှင်း၏ အဓိပ္ပာယ်မှာ “မွတ်စလင် အင်အားများလာသည့်အချိန်၌ အလ္လာအရှင်မြတ်ထံ တိုင်တည်၍ ပြုလုပ်သော ဘာသာရေးအရေခြုံလုပ်ငန်းဖြစ်သည်။​ ထို့ပြင် မွတ်စလင်မ် အင်အားနည်းချိန်တွင်လည်း ပျောက်ကျားစနစ်ဖြင့် မိုက်ဇေးရှင်းလုပ်တတ်ကြသည်။ အင်အားဆိုသည်မှာ ငွေ၊ လူ၊ အချိန်အခါနှင့် တစ်ခုတည်းသော အမိန့်အာဏာ တို့ဖြစ်ပြီး လူအင်အားနဲ့ လက်နက်ရှိလာသည့်အခါ Arm Jihad ကို ပြုလုပ်ကြသည်။ ဘာသာခြားကင်းဝေးပြီး မွတ်စလင်များအင်အားများလာသောအခါ ပြည်ပမွတ်စလင်များကို ခိုးသွင်းခြင်း၊ ပြည်ပအခြေစိုက် မွတ်စလင်အကြမ်းဖက်အဖွဲ့များနှင့် ချိတ်ဆက်ခြင်း၊ အကြမ်းဖက်သင်တန်းများကို လျှို့ဝှက်စွာပြုလုပ်ခြင်း၊ ဒေသန္တရအုပ်ချုပ်ရေးကို မထီမဲ့မြင်ပြုလုပ်ပြီး လက်နက်စွဲကိုင်တိုက်ခြင်းတို့ကို ပြုလုပ်ကြသည်။ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံသည် နေရာဒေသအလိုက်ကို အစ္စလာမ်မိုက်ဇေးရှင်းနှင့် ကြုံတွေ့နေရပြီး မျက်စိကြီးကြီး နားကြီးကြီးဖြင့် သတိထားရမည့် အချိန်ခါဖြစ်နေပြီး ကာကွယ်နိုင်မှ တော်ကာကြမည်”ဟု ရေးသားလှုံ့ဆော်ဝါဒဖြန့်ခဲ့ကြသည်။

ပုံနှိပ်မီဒီယာမှ အမုန်းစကားကောက်နှုတ်ချက်

ရန်ကုန်တိုင်းတွင် မွတ်စလင်အများစုနေထိုင်သည့် မြို့နယ်များကို ကြည့်ပြီး အိမ်ရောင်း ဝယ်မှုကြော်ငြာများတွင် ဘာသာခြားများအား မရောင်းပါဟူသော စာသားအား တွင်ကျယ်စွာ အသုံးပြုလုပ်လာကြသည်။ ယခုအခါ တိုက်ခန်းရောင်းဝယ်စာချုပ်များတွင်ပါ တိုက်ခန်းအား တဆင့်ပြန်လည် ရောင်းချလိုပါက ဘာသာခြား၊ လူမျိုးခြားများဖြစ်သော ကုလားလူမျိုးများအား ရောင်းချခြင်းမပြုရန် ဝယ်ယူသူမှ သိရှိကြောင်း ဝန်ခံကတိပြု လက်မှတ်ရေး ထိုးပေးရသည်။
