Since the military coup, the junta and its supporters have increased their use of divisive and hateful rhetoric targeted at ethnic and religious minority groups to divide the resistance and divert attention from the coup. While the oppression of ethnic and religious minority groups has been a longstanding issue in Burma, the coup emboldened the junta to further persecute, marginalize, and incite violence against these groups.

The military junta and its supporters are using various means to spread hate speech online and offline. The purpose of BHRN’s Monthly Hate Speech Report is to closely monitor, analyze, and measure the trends in online and offline hate speech perpetrated by the military junta and its supporters in Burma. In September 2023, BHRN documented 127 cases of hate speech.

Hate speech doesn't have a specific definition since it is rooted in human emotions of hatred towards others. Therefore, for the purposes of this report, BHRN defines hate speech as the expression through written materials, behaviors, and the arts that is intended to discriminate against, distress, and prejudice individuals and target groups based on their inherent characteristics or association with a particular group. Hate speech can be classified into five categories based on our findings: dehumanization, violence and incitement, negative characterizations, glorification of inhuman acts, and assaultive hate speech.

BHRN monitors and documents hate speech and propaganda news from the military during the current political situation on a daily basis. This monthly report is based on the monitoring of the accounts of the military junta and its alliances, which are intended to spread hate speech. For the September report, we daily monitored 17 Facebook Groups, 59 Facebook Accounts, 19 Telegram Channels, and 4 Printed Media sources.

Limitations

In this report, BHRN has analyzed hate speech in the context of the ongoing political tensions in Myanmar. Sometimes, what might look like misinformation, when measured by international standards, takes on a different significance in the aftermath of the 2021 coup. This is because misinformation, particularly when aimed at individuals, groups with opposing political beliefs, or minority religious communities, can have severe consequences, even leading to loss of life and the intensification of religious and community conflicts.



This highlights that hate speech in Myanmar's current political climate is more than just false information; it can be a catalyst for very real and harmful outcomes, especially in the post-coup environment. Understanding this complex relationship between hate speech, misinformation, and their tangible impacts is crucial for grasping the broader social, political, and intergroup dynamics in the region.

Therefore, some hate speech may look like misinformation according to international standards. However, there are certain implications and background content that need to be considered to conclude as hate speech in the Burma context.

BHRN documented a total of 127 hate speech cases in September 2023. BHRN's findings show that perpetrators of hate speech were using individual Facebook accounts more frequently than Facebook Pages, as Facebook's user policy had become more strict towards Pages. When accounts were disabled, some individuals created new accounts, while others migrated to Telegram channels. The military junta utilized Telegram as its primary platform for disseminating propaganda targeted at their network's audience, which often included the use of propaganda cartoons.

Hate speech Targets

In this month’s monitoring, hate speech targeted the most was PDF and the second was NUG and the third was KIA. The ethnic armed organizations involving in spring revolution such as PDF(People’s Defense Force)၊ KIA (Kachin Independence Army)၊ KNU(Kayin National Union)/KNLA (Kayin National Liberation Army)၊ AA(Arkan Army)၊ TNLA (Ta’ang National Liberation Army)၊ CDF(Chinland Defense Force)၊ Chin PDF and KNDF (Karenni Nationalities Defense Force) were more targeted as well.

Hate Speeches Targeted at PDF (People's Defense Armed Forces)

(1) U War Thar Wa, who is known as an ultra-nationalist monk, wrote that the terrorist PDF and KIA are destroying the nation and religion, carrying out murders, robberies, violence, killing monks, and burning down villages. He also added that since these issues cannot be ignored, the military commando team backed by the military is being strengthened. He issued a final warning to the PDF and KIA, urging them to leave Sagaing Region immediately. The article was accompanied by a photo of a military special commando team backed by the military in Kanbalu Township, Kanbalu District, Sagaing Region. U War Thar Wa’s post contained negative characterizations amounting to hate speech directed at the PDF and KIA, and it was reposted by a pro-military Telegram Channel named Kyaw Swar. Source

(2) The editor-in-chief of the Myanmar National Post, Naung Taw Lay, who is an ultra-nationalist, posted on his Telegram channel that the terrorist NUG is no longer able to support its terrorist PDF, so they are robbing from the public and increasing the collection of ransoms. It was posted along with the tax receipt of the Public Administration Organization of Sagaing Region, Htigyaing Township. In these writings, he described the PDF as dogs and terrorists, and the NUG as rogue dogs and prostitutes. This hate speech can be classified as the dehumanization of people associated with the NUG and PDF by using derogatory terms such as "dogs" (in Myanmar, "dogs" is a term used as a form of insult). (3) A pro-military Telegram Channel named "Sittway" published news with the title "Terrorist PDF Killing Each Other and Fighting for Territory," referring to a shootout between two revolutionary forces in Matara Township, in which two were injured and one was missing. As PDF groups were feuding with each other, they were killing each other, resulting in a rising death toll. It appeared as though people from the NUG were fighting for their own interests. The author added that if they continued to die through infighting, the number of terrorists who would abuse citizens would decrease. Source

(5) A pro-military Telegram Channel named "Mhinewei" posted that U Win Shin and his family members, who lived in Panchi Village, Sagaing Township, were massacred by PDF terrorists. Many people were being killed by the PDF, and so if you mourn the deaths of PDF terrorists, you should not. If you feel sympathy for them, you might be someone who won't see the sunrise tomorrow. So, fight against the PDF with actions, not just words. Source

Hate Speeches Targeted at NUG (National Unity Government)

(1) A pro-military Telegram Channel named "Sittway" posted that the Switzerland-based organization Insecurity Insight announced that from January 1st to August 8th, 2023, more than 24 health workers have died due to terrorist attacks by PDFs. Additionally, from February 1, 2021, to today, over 6,000 innocent people, including monks, civil servants, educational staff, students, senior citizens, and youth, have died because of terrorist attacks by the NUG and PDF. (2) Ko Htike's Facebook account posted two types of weapons and two types of bullets, saying that SPY PDF and SPY KNY reported that significant weapons supported by the terrorist NUG and the CIA for General TarBor's team for the Lakhat Mountain Battle in Myawaddy Township, Kayin State, have arrived at the Myanmar-Thai border. Those in the military who secretly report messages to anti-military armed groups are called "watermelons," and it has been revealed that there are military spies in PDF and KNU. Source

(4) Kha Yee Thal's Facebook account posted that the news leaked from the terrorist NUG's warrants was proof that the NUG was lying to the citizens by saying different things. If they want to deceive us, they should first negotiate with each other. But now, Yee Mon said one thing, Zin Mar Aung said another thing, and Lashi said something else. People need to understand that they are all lying to the public by making contradictory statements for their own benefit. Source

Hate Speeches Targeted at Christian Community, KIA (Kachin Independence Army), KNU (Kachin Independence Army)

(1) Yan Naing Magway's Facebook account posted that when the Myanmar Junta seized power, Myanmar was divided into the southern and northern parts. In the southern part, KNU was conducting military training for the Burmese Generation Z and forcing them to stay and attack on the front lines in battles with the military. They are producing anti-junta Yangon UG [Urban Guerrilla] and forcing them to carry out bomb attacks and killings in big cities like Yangon.

In the northern part, KIA Generals administer "People's Administration Forces," "People's Defense Forces," and "People's Security Forces" appointed by the NUG and conduct military operations together.

(2) Positive Angle News posted on its Telegram channel as an editorial that the PDFs are provided with weapons by the Christian armed groups - KIA, KNU, CPF. These Christian armed groups are under the control of Western countries. In the history of the struggle for independence, Saw Ba Oo Gyi was accused of being a British sycophant. The history of the civil war started when the British-trained KNDO armed forces arrived in the Burmese military, which was organized and trained under the Japanese, and those Karen Army started rebellion. The media also spreads hate speech, linking the revolution with religion, wanting the PDFs to know that Christian armed groups have only pledged allegiance to the British throughout history, and today PDFs are under the control of the Christian armed forces. (3) A military lobby consultant, Naw Khan Soe Naw Khan's Facebook account, posted that the KNU no longer follows the paths of KNU leaders from Saw Bo Mya to Saw Mu Tu Say Phoe, who tried their best to stop the civil war. Now they are only expecting dollars from the OIC, hoping for the prosperity of the leaders, and turning Karen State into a battlefield again. Only if KNU militant traitors, who wish for the Karen State to be swallowed by non-Buddhists, are immediately driven out of Myanmar, the stability and peace of Karen State will be achieved. It was written that if Karen people show mercy to some of its people betraying their ethnicity and causing damage to the state, it is like they are also betraying their own state. Furthermore, violence does not only mean with weapons; supporting rebels is also treason and portrayed as supporting KNU as guilty. Source

(4) A pro-military Telegram Channel named "Naung Yoe Hit Tyon" posted that at 9 p.m. on 24th September 2023, U Wai Pulla, a senior monk of Min Kyaing monastery in Htantabin Township, Bago Region, was assassinated by the terrorist KNU and PDF in Kyein Taw Hmyaung Village. He portrayed KNU and PDF as a group to feel guilty by association for targeting Buddhism. Source

Hate speeches targeted to Islam community and Rohingya

(1) The editor-in-chief of the Myanmar National Post, Naung Taw Lay, who is an ultra-nationalist, posted on his Telegram channel, referring to the VOA news about "France intervening in the Rohingya genocide case at the ICJ court."

(2) A pro-military Telegram channel named "Min Chit Oo" posted in reference to VOA news reporting Indonesia's request to include the Rohingya issue in Myanmar's affairs. The post stated that Indonesia has only recently taken an interest in this matter, using the term "Kalar" as a divisive distinction between "us" and "them. Source

Hate speeches targeted at women

(2) A pro-military telegram channel named as Ka Ka Han, handled by Han Nyein Oo, posted that the terrorist PDFs who are currently in the liberated area because of vote stealer (NLD), have to be afraid of being attacked by the military and also of being sexually exploited by KNU/KIA members by referring to the workshop on the topic "To immediately end sexual exploitation of women and children". In PDF, there was also sexual harassment among members. The PDF women already became prostitutes in the NUG rape group. Source

Hate speech cartoons and comics

Hate speeches have been found continuously in cartoons 

(1) A pro-military telegram channel named as Ka Ka Han, handled by Han Nyein Oo posted the hate speech cartoon drawn by cartoonist "Ma Ga, who portrayed PDFs as criminals. The cartoon said that PDFs are carrying out murders, bomb attacks, burning down the houses, destroying the villages, robberies, and rape. The people feel hatred and disgusted once they hear the name of PDF. Source

(2) A pro-military telegram channel named as Ka Ka Han, handled by Han Nyein Oo posted the hate speech cartoon drawn by cartoonist Ma Ga, with the caption “The NUG formed by warrants is a terrorist group, and Dr. Zaw Wai Soe and Dr. Sasa are holding a terrorist guide book and persuading brainless PDFs to commit all kinds of violence in Myanmar.” The cartoon said Dr. Zaw Wai Soe gave orders over the phone to PDFs to put mines in crowded markets and on railways, to destroy villages and to kill people. (3) A pro-military telegram channel named as Ka Ka Han, handled by Han Nyein Oo posted the hate speech cartoon drawn by cartoonist Idea, with a caption “Before the people knew that PDFs were terrorist groups, they had trusted and supported the PDFs. Now the PDFs have become terrorists who brutally killed, tortured, and harmed people in various ways although they were fed by the people”. The cartoon showed a monk and a citizen being shot dead by PDFs and a house set on fire. Two old men watched that event and said that they called themselves as People's Defense Forces and they were only causing troubles to the people. The two cartoonists, who drew military propaganda cartoons the most, were Ma Ga and Idea. Source

Hate speeches found in printed media

Hate speeches targeted to KNU, KIO and KIA, linking with religion

KIO, KIA, KNU, KNDF and CNF are Christians, and they are hiring foreign mercenary of the same religion and intentionally attacking Buddhist communities in some ERO areas. The KIA and PDF raided the Mahamyaingtawra Monastery of Thalphyu monk in Thitsarpantaung Village, Kalaywa Township, Sagaing Region, and took over 2,000 million Kyats that were donation money for building a similar pagoda as Shwedagon. The PDFs destroyed the ancient Myatheintan Pagoda and other Buddhist religious buildings built by Alaungsithu King on the northwest of Myittha River, Monywa Township, Sagaing Region to intentionally attack Buddhism.

After the military coup, KIO and KIA joined with the NUG, conducting military trainings and explosive trainings to the Generation Z to systematically destroy the national spirit of the people in Sagaing Region by converting them into atheists. This CIA's mission was implemented by the Non-Buddhist KIO, KIA and NUG members, killing nearly 100 Buddhist people and monks.

On the other hand, the KNU fired violently to the pilgrims of Kyaiktiyo Pagoda, which is holy place of Buddhists, and destroyed the road to Kyaiktiyo Pagoda, and that was a CIA's Mission.

Conclusion

It is found out that the military is constantly spreading propaganda to destroy the images of revolution by saying that the women participating in the revolution have become prostitutes and are being sexually exploited, and organizations participating in the revolution are always trying to sexually exploit the women.

The PDFs are portrayed as terrorists’ groups who are killing both the people and the monks. Besides, the PDFs are being manipulated by the KIA and KNU armed groups, who are Christians, and are carrying out to destroy Buddhism. Regarding the issue of tax collection, there are accusations widely made that PDFs are robbing the people and asking money from the people as NUG is no longer able to support the PDFs. In this month, the propaganda scenario found the most was that the PDF members are constantly killing each other. Furthermore, as the PDFs cooperate with Christian armed groups - KNU, KIA, KIO and CNF to destroy Buddhism and threaten the lives of the people, so that the militia commando teams under the military are being strengthened to protect the citizens. Indicating that, it is found out that nationalist groups have begun the preparations. 

It was also figured out that the military spreads the propaganda from the point of view that the military and country cannot be separated. They were trying to prove that the inseparable relationship between the military and the country by giving an example of Feudal System. Highlighting the fact that the destruction of First, Second and Third Myanmar Kingdoms was due to the power weakness in the Royal Army, they also spread accusations that the powerful armed forces in this revolution -KIA, KNU CDF are Christian groups and so they are trying to destroy Myanmar military, Buddhism and let the Burmese people to fight against each other by receiving foreign support and hiring foreign mercenaries. In this month, the military making the propaganda both online and printed media was that NUG and PDF were cooperating with ERO to destroy the Buddhism.

အာဏာသိမ်းပြီးနောက်ပိုင်းတွင် စစ်တပ်နှင့် ၎င်းအားထောက်ခံသူများသည် တိုင်းရင်းသားလူမျိုးစုများနှင့် ဘာသာရေးအရ လူနည်းစုများကို ပစ်မှတ်ထားပြီး အမုန်းစကားများဖြန့်ဝေကာ တော်လှန်ရေးလှုပ်ရှားသူများအကြား သဘောထားကွဲလွဲပြီး ခုခံတွန်းလှန်မှုကို ဖြိုခွဲရန်နှင့် အာဏာသိမ်းမှုကနေ အာရုံလွှဲရန် သဘောထားကွဲလွဲမှုများကို တိုးပွားအောင် ဆောင်ရွက်လာခဲ့သည်။ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံတွင် တိုင်းရင်းသားလူမျိူးစုများနှင့် ဘာသာရေးလူနည်းစုများအပေါ် ဖိနှိပ်မှုများသည် ကာလကြာရှည်ကြာဖြစ်နေသော ပြဿနာတစ်ရပ်ဖြစ်သည်။ ထို့နောက် ၂၀၂၁ အာဏာသိမ်းမှုသည် ဖိနှိပ်ခံအုပ်စုများအပေါ် ထပ်လောင်း ညှဉ်းပန်းပြီး ဖယ်ကျဥ်ထားရန်နှင့် အကြမ်းဖက်မှုအား လှုံ့ဆော်ရန် စစ်အစိုးရကို တွန်းအားပေးလျက်ရှိသည်။ စစ်အစိုးရနှင့် ၎င်း၏ ထောက်ခံသူများသည် အွန်လိုင်းနှင့် ပုံနှိပ်မီဒီယာများတွင် တော်လှန်ရေးဆောင်ရွက်နေသူများနှင့် ပြည်သူများအကြား တော်လှန်ရေးအပေါ် အထင်အမြင်လွဲမှားစေရန် အမုန်းစကားများကို နည်းလမ်းအမျိုးမျိုးအသုံးပြုပြီး ဖြန့်ဝေနေကြသည်။



        BHRN ၏ လစဉ် အမုန်းစကား အစီရင်ခံစာ၏ ရည်ရွယ်ချက်မှာ အာဏာသိမ်းစစ်တပ်နှင့် ၎င်း၏ ထောက်ခံအားပေးသူများ ကျူးလွန်ဖြန့်ဝေနေသည့် ဆိုရှယ်မီဒီယာနှင့် ပုံနှိပ်မီဒီယာများမှ အမုန်းစကားများ၏ လားရာများကို အနီးကပ်စောင့်ကြည့်ခြင်း၊ ခွဲခြမ်းစိတ်ဖြာခြင်းတို့ဖြစ်သည်။ 2023 ခုနှစ် စက်တင်ဘာလတွင် BHRN သည် အမုန်းစကား ၁၂၇ ခုကို မှတ်တမ်းတင်ခဲ့သည်။

အမုန်းစကားသည် စိတ်ခံစားမှု အမုန်းတရားပေါ်မူတည်ပြီး ပေါ်ပေါက်လာသော စကားရပ်ဖြစ်သည့်အလျောက် အဓိပ္ပါယ်ဖွင့်ဆိုရန် ကျယ်ပြန့်ပြီး တိကျသော ဖွင့်ဆိုချက်ဟူ၍ မရှိပေ။ သို့ဖြစ်ရာ ယခုအစီရင်ခံစာ၏ ရည်ရွယ်ချက်ကိုပေါ်လွင်ရန်အလို့ငှာ အမုန်းစကားဖွင့်ဆိုချက်ကို BHRNမှ အောက်ပါအတိုင်း သတ်မှတ်ထားသည်။

“အမုန်းစကားဟူသော စကားရပ်သည် တစ်စုံတစ်ဦး သို့မဟုတ် အုပ်စုတစ်စုကို ရည်ရွယ်၍ ၎င်းတို့၏ကိုယ်ပိုင် ဝိသေသ လက္ခဏာများကို ပြင်းထန်စွာ ဝေဖန်ခြင်း၊ ပြစ်တင်ခြင်း၊ မုန်းတီးခြင်း၊ ရန်လိုခြင်း၊ ခွဲခြားနှိမ့်ချ ဆက်ဆံမှုများကို ထုတ်ဖော်ပြောဆိုခြင်း၊ စာဖြင့်ရေးသားခြင်း၊ အမူအယာဖြင့် ဖော်ပြခြင်း၊ အနုပညာဖြင့် သရုပ်ဖော်ခြင်းတို့ကို ဆိုလိုသည်။”

လူသားတစ်ဦး၏ ကိုးကွယ်မှု၊ ဘာသာစကား၊ လိင်၊ လိင်စိတ်ခံယူမှု၊ နိုင်ငံသားဇာစ်မြစ်၊ တိုင်းရင်းသားဖြစ်မှု၊ အသားအရောင်၊ လူမျိုး၊ ယုံကြည်မှု၊ နိုင်ငံသားဖြစ်မှု၊ အသားအရောင်၊ ရုပ်ပိုင်းဆိုင်ရာ အသွင်အပြင်များ စသည့် မွေးရာပါအခွင့်အရေးများကို ထိခိုက်ပြောဆိုခြင်းတို့ကို ဆိုလိုပါသည်။

တွေ့ရှိရသည့် အမုန်းစကားများကို အောက်ပါအတိုင်း ပြန်လည်ခွဲခြားပါသည်။ အပြစ်သားများအဖြစ် ပုံဖော်ရေးသားသည့် အမုန်းစကားများ၊ နိုင့်ထက်စီးနင်းပြောဆိုသည့် အမုန်းစကားများ၊ လူအဖြစ်မှ နှိမ့်ချ ဆက်ဆံသည့် အမုန်းစကားများ၊ ဆူပူအကြမ်းဖက်မှုကိုအားပေးသည့် အမုန်းစကားများ၊ ခြိမ်းခြောက်မှု အဖြစ်ပုံဖော်ရေးသားသည့် အမုန်းစကားများ၊ အကြမ်းဖက်မှုနှင့် အမုန်းစကားကြောင့် ကျူးလွန်သည့် လုပ်ရပ်များကို ဂုဏ်ယူစရာအဖြစ်ရေးသားသည့် အမုန်းစကားများ စသည်တို့ဖြင့် အမျိူးအစားခွဲခြားထားပါသည်။

BHRN သည် လက်ရှိမြန်မာနိုင်ငံတွင် ဖြစ်ပေါ်နေသည့် အထွေထွေနိုင်ငံရေးအကြပ်အတည်းများ ပေါ်မူတည်ပြီး စစ်တပ်မှ ဝါဒဖြန့်သည့် သတင်းအကြောင်းအရာများတွင် ပါဝင်သည့် အမုန်းစကား အသုံးအနှုန်းများကို နေ့စဥ်လေ့လာစောင့်ကြည့် မှတ်တမ်းတင်ထားပါသည်။

အမုန်းစကားများ ဖြန့်ဝေရန်အတွက် စစ်အစိုးရနှင့် ထောက်ခံသူများ အသုံးပြုနေသည့် Online နှင့် Offline လိုင်းများကို စောင့်ကြည့်ခြင်းဖြင့် ဤအစီရင်ခံစာကို စုစည်းထားပါသည်။ အထူးသဖြင့် BHRN သည် 2023 ခုနှစ် စက်တင်ဘာလအတွင်း အောက်ပါတို့ကို စောင့်ကြည့်ခဲ့သည်- Facebook အဖွဲ့ 17 ခု၊ Facebook အကောင့် 59 ခု၊ Telegram Channels 19 ခုနှင့် Printed Media 4 ခုကို နေ့စဉ် စောင့်ကြည့်ခဲ့ပါသည်။

    BHRN၏ ယခုလလေ့လာစောင့်ကြည့်မှုတွင် အမုန်းစကားအရေအတွက် (၁၂၇) ခုကိုတွေ့ရှိခဲ့ပါသည်။ ယခုလတွေ့ရှိချက်များတွင် Facebook Page များကို အမုန်းစကားဖြန့်ဝေသူများသည် Facebook ၏ သုံးစွဲ သူမူဝါဒများကို တင်းကြပ်စွာဆောင်ရွက်လာသဖြင့် သုံးစွဲမှုလျော့ကျလာပြီး acc များကို ပိုမိုအသုံးပြုလာကြသည်။ Account များပျက်ပါက အကောင့်သစ်များဖွင့်ခြင်းနှင့် Telegram channel များကို ပြောင်းလဲအသုံးပြုလာကြသည်။ စစ်ကောင်စီသည် ၎င်းတို့၏ ဝါဒဖြန့်ဝေမှုအား Telegram channel များကို အဓိကထားအသုံးပြုပြီး အမုန်းစကားများကို ကာတွန်းများဖြင့် ဖော်ပြလာမှုကိုတွေ့ရှိလာရပါသည်။

အမုန်းစကားဦးတည်ပစ်မှတ်များ

စက်တင်ဘာလ လေ့လာစောင့်ကြည့်မှုတွင် တွေ့ရှိရသည့် အမုန်းစကားများ၏ ဦးတည်ပစ်မှတ်များမှ ယခုတွေ့ရှိမှုတွင် အမုန်းစကားဦးတည် တိုက်ခိုက်ခံရမှု အများဆုံးမှာ PDF များဖြစ်ပြီး၊ ဒုတိယအများဆုံးနှင့် တတိယအများဆုံးတို့မှာ NUG အစိုးရနှင့် KIA တို့ဖြစ်သည်။ ယခုလတွင် လက်နက်ကိုင်တော်လှန်ရေး၌ ပါဝင်နေသည့် PDF (People’s Defense Force)၊ KIA (Kachin Independence Army)၊ KNU(Kayin National Union)/KNLA (Kayin National Liberation Army)၊ AA(Arkan Army)၊ TNLA (Ta’ang National Liberation Army)၊ CDF(Chinland Defense Force)၊ ချင်း PDF နှင့် KNDF (Karenni Nationalities Defence Force) တို့ကို ဦးတည်တိုက်ခိုက်မှုများကို အများဆုံးတွေ့ရှိရပါသည်။

(၁) အကြမ်းဖက် PDF နှင့် KIA တို့သည် တိုင်းပြည်နှင့် လူမျိုးဘာသာ သာသနာကို ဖျက်ဆီးခြင်း၊ လူသတ်ခြင်း၊ ရဟန်းသံဃာတော်များကို သတ်ခြင်း၊ ဓားပြတိုက်ခြင်း ကျေးရွာများကို မီးရှို့ခြင်း အကြမ်းဖက်ခြင်း ၊ ယုတ်မာရိုင်းစိုင်းခြင်းများကို ပြုလုပ်နေကြသည်။ ထိုကိစ္စရပ်များကို သည်းမခံနိုင်သည့်အတွက် ပြည်သူ့စစ် ကွန်မန်ဒိုအဖွဲ့ကို အင်အားတောင့်တင်းလာအောင် ဆောင်ရွက်နေပြီဖြစ်ကြောင်းနှင့် PDF နှင့် KIA အဖွဲ့များသည် စစ်ကိုင်းတိုင်းမှ အမြန်ထွက်ခွါပါ၊ နောက်ဆုံးသတိပေးပါရစေဟု အမျိုးသားရေးအစွန်းရောက် ၅၅၀ ဆရာတော်ဟု လူသိများသည့် ဦးဝါသာဝမှ ရေးသားခဲ့သည်။ ထိုရေးသားချက်အား စစ်ကိုင်းတိုင်း ကန့်ဘလူခရိုင် ကန့်ဘလူမြို့နယ်အတွင်းရှိ စစ်တပ်မှဖွဲ့ထားသည့် ပြည်သူ့စစ်အထူးကွန်မန်ဒိုအဖွဲ့ပုံနှင့် ပူးတွဲ ဖော်ထားသည်။ ဦးဝါသဝ၏ PDFနှင့် KIA တို့အား အမျိုးဘာသာသာသနာကို ဖျက်ဆီးသည့် အပြစ်သားများအဖြစ် ပုံဖော်ရေးသားဖော်ပြချက်အား စစ်ကောင်စီ၏ဝါဒဖြန့် telegram channel တခုဖြစ်သည့် Kyaw Swar မှ ဖော်ပြထားသည်။

(၂) ပြည်ပြေးဝရမ်းပြေး NUG အကြမ်းဖက်အဖွဲ့က လက်ပါးစေ PDF အကြမ်းဖက်သမားများအား ထောက်ပံ့နိုင်ခြင်းမရှိတော့သဖြင့် ပြည်သူလူထုထံမှ ဓားပြတိုက်၊ ဆက်ကြေးကောက်မှုများကို တိုးမြှင့် လုပ်ဆောင်လျက်ရှိသည်ဟု စစ်ကိုင်းတိုင်း၊ ထီးချိုင့်မြို့နယ် ပြည်သူ့အုပ်ချုပ်ရေးအဖွဲ့၏ အခွန်ပြေစာနှင့် ပူးတွဲဖော်ပြထားသည်။ ထိုသို့ရေးသားမှုတွင် PDFများအား ခွေးဝဲစား၊ အကြမ်းဖက်များဟု လည်းကောင်း၊ NUGအား ပြည်ပြေးဝရမ်းပြေး ခွေးဝဲစားနှင့် ဖာသည်မများဟု လည်းကောင်း Myanmar National Post သတင်းဌာနမှ အယ်ဒီတာချုပ် အမျိုးသားရေးအစွန်းရောက် တက်ကြွလှုပ်ရှားသူ နောင်တော်လေးမှ သူ၏ telegram channel တွင်ဖော်ပြထားသည်။

(၃) မတ္တရာမှာ တော်လှန်ရေးအင်အားစု အချင်းချင်းပစ်ခတ်မှုဖြစ်ပြီး နှစ်ဦးဒဏ်ရာရကာ တစ်ဦး ပျောက်ဆုံးနေသည့်သတင်းကို ကိုးကားကာ အကြမ်းဖက်ပဒက်(PDF) စားခွက်လုရင်း အချင်းချင်း ပြန်သတ်ကုန်ပြီဟု ခေါင်းစဉ်ဖြင့် ပြန်လည်ဖော်ပြခဲ့သည်။ တစ်ယောက်နှင့်တစ်ယောက် တစ်ဖွဲ့နှင့်တစ်ဖွဲ့ မကျေနပ်လို့ သတ်ကြဖြတ်ကြရင်း သေတဲ့ပဒက်လည်း မနည်းတော့ဘူး အနူဂျီက လူတွေ ခွက်စောင်းခုတ် နေသလားမှတ်တယ်။ အချင်းချင်း ခွက်စောင်းခုတ်ရင်းသတ်ကြလို့ သေသွားတော့လည်း ပြည်သူကို အနိုင်ကျင့်မယ့် အကြမ်းဖက်သမားတွေ လျော့သွားတာပေါ့ဟု PDF အဖွဲ့များအား အကြမ်းဖက် အဖွဲ့အစည်းအဖြစ် ပုံဖော်ရေးသားထားသည့် အမုန်းစကားအား စစ်ကောင်စီ၏ ဝါဒဖြန့် Telegram channel ဖြစ်သည့် စစ်သွေး Telegram channel မှ ဖော်ပြထားသည်။

(၅) စစ်ကိုင်းမြို့နယ်၊ ပန်းချီကျေးရွာရှိ ဦးဝင်းရှိန်နှင့် မိသားစုဝင်များအား PDF အကြမ်းဖက် သမားများက အစုလိုက်အပြုံလိုက်သတ်ဖြတ်ခဲ့သည်ဟု ဖော်ပြပြီး PDF အကြမ်းဖက်သတ်ဖြတ်လို့ သေတဲ့သူတွေများပြီး PDF အကြမ်းဖက်တွေ သေတာကိုမြင်ပြီး စိတ်မကောင်းဖြစ်စရာမလိုကြောင်းနှင့် သနားစရာမလိုကြောင်း သနားနေလျှင် နောက်ရက် နေထွက်တာ မင်းမြင်ရတော့မှာမဟုတ်တဲ့အတွက် အကြမ်းဖက် PDF တွေကို လေပြေနဲ့မပြောပဲ အပြတ်တိုက်ရန်ဟု PDF များ၊ တော်လှန်ရေးနှင့် ပတ်သက်သူများအား ဖမ်းဆီးသတ်ဖြတ်၊ အကြမ်းဖက်မှုများကို အားပေးအားမြှောက်ပြုသည့် အမုန်းစကားများအား စစ်ကောင်စီဝါဒဖြန့် မှိုင်းဝေ Telegram channel မှ ဖော်ပြထားသည်။

အမျိုးသားညီညွတ်ရေးအစိုးရ (NUG) အား ဦးတည်တိုက်ခိုက်သည့်အမုန်းစကားများ

(၁) ၂၀၂၃ ခုနှစ် ဇန်နဝါရီလ ၁ရက်နေ့မှ ဩဂုတ်လ ၈​ရက်နေ့အထိ PDF များ၏ အကြမ်းဖက် တိုက်ခိုက်မှုကြောင့် ကျန်းမာရေးဝန်ထမ်း ၂၄ ဦးအထက် သေဆုံးခဲ့ရကြောင်း ဆွစ်ဇာလန်နိုင်ငံအခြေစိုက် Insecurity Insight အဖွဲ့က ထုတ်ပြန်ကြေညာထားသည်ဟု စစ်ကောင်စီဝါဒဖြန့် စစ်သွေး telegram ကဖော်ပြထားပါသည်။ ထို့ပြင် ၂၀၂၁ခုနှစ် ဖေဖော်ဝါရီလ ၁ရက်နေ့မှ ယနေ့အထိ NUG/ PDF အကြမ်းဖက်အဖွဲ့များ၏ တိုက်ခိုက်မှုကြောင့် ရဟန်းသံဃာများ၊ နိုင်ငံ့ဝန်ထမ်းများ၊ ပညာရေးဝန်ထမ်းများ၊ ကျောင်းသားကျောင်းသူများနှင့် အပြစ်မဲ့အရပ်သား သက်ကြီးရွယ်အို လူငယ်လူရွယ် ၆၀၀၀ ကျော်သေဆုံးခဲ့ သည် ဟု ၎င်း channel က ဖော်ပြထားသည်။

(၂) ကရင်ပြည်နယ် မြဝတီမြို့နယ် လက်ခတ်တောင် တိုက်ပွဲနှင့်ပတ်သက်ပြီး အကြမ်းဖက် ဗိုလ်တာဘောအဖွဲ့ထံသို့ အကြမ်းဖက် NUG+CIA မှ ထောက်ပံ့သော လက်နက်ကြီးများ မြန်မာ- ထိုင်းနယ်စပ်သို့ ရောက်ရှိလာပြီဟု SPY PDF နှင့် SPY KNY များမှ သတင်းပို့လာသည်ဟုဆိုကာ လက်နက်အမျိုးအစား(၂)မျိုးနှင့် ကျည်အမျိုးအစား(၂)မျိုးစာရင်းနှင့်တကွ NUG သည် တိုင်းပြည်ပျက်အောင် နိုင်ငံခြားအထောက်အပံ့နှင့် ဆောင်ရွက်နေသည်ဟု နိုင့်ထက်စီးနင်း ပြောဆိုရေးသားထားသည့် အမုန်းစကားကို ကိုထိုက် Facebook account မှ ဖော်ပြထားသည်။ စစ်ကောင်စီကို တော်လှန်နေကြသည့် လက်နက်ကိုင်အဖွဲ့များထံသို့ စစ်ကောင်စီဘက်မှ သတင်းပို့ပေးသူများကို ဖရဲသီးများဟု သုံးနှုန်းကြပြီး ယခုအခါ PDF နှင့် KNU ထဲတွင် စစ်ကောင်စီ SPY များရှိသည်ဟု ပြန်လည်ဝါဒဖြန့်မှုကို တွေ့ရှိလာရသည်။

(၄) NUG အကြမ်းဖက်အဖွဲ့က ဝရမ်းပြေးတွေက ပြည်သူတွေကို စကားအမျိုးမျိုးပြောပြီး လိမ်ညာ ဂျင်းထည့်နေတယ်ဆိုတာ သူတို့ပြောခဲ့တဲ့ သတင်းတွေကသက်သေတွေပဲ၊ လိမ်မယ်ဆိုရင်လည်း အတိုင်ဖောက်ညီအောင် လိမ်ကြတာမဟုတ်ဘူး။ ငမူးရည်မွန်က တမျိုး၊ ဇင်မာအောင်က တမျိုး၊ လရှီးလက တမျိုး အမျိုးမျိုးပြောပြီး သူတို့ကိုယ်ကျိုးအတွက် ပြည်သူတွေကို လိမ်လည် ဂျင်းထည့်နေတာ ပြည်သူတွေ သဘောပေါက်လိုတယ်ဟုဆိုကာ တော်လှန်ရေးတပ်ဦးမှ ပါဝင်နေသူများအား နိုင့်ထက်စီးနင်းပြောဆိုသည့် အမုန်းစကားအား ခရီးသည် Facebook account မှ ဖော်ပြထားပါသည်။

ခရစ်ယာန်ဘာသာနှင့် ကချင်လွတ်မြောက်ရေးတပ်မတော် (KIA)၊ ကရင်အမျိုးသားအစည်းအရုံး (KNU) တို့အားချိတ်ဆက်ကာ ဦးတည်တိုက်ခိုက်သည့် အမုန်းစကားများ

(၁) "နစက တက်လာသည့်အခါ မြန်မာပြည်ကို တောင်ပိုင်းနှင့်မြောက်ပိုင်း ခွဲလိုက်ပြီး တောင်ပိုင်းတွင် KNU မှ ဦးဆောင်ပြီး ဗမာ GZ များကို စစ်သင်တန်းပေးကာ တပ်မတော်နှင့် တိုက်ပွဲများတွင် ရှေ့တန်းက အသေခံတိုက်ခိုင်းနေကြသည်။ UG များမွေးထုတ်ပြီး ရန်ကုန်လိုမြို့ကြီးတွေမှာ ဗုံးခွဲ အကြမ်းဖက် သတ်ဖြတ်မှုများကို လုပ်ခိုင်းခဲ့သည်။ မြောက်ပိုင်းတွင် KIA မှ ကချင်စစ်ဗိုလ်များသည် NUG မှ ခန့်ထားသည့် ပြည်သူ့အုပ်ချုပ်ရေးအဖွဲ့ (ပအဖ)၊ ပြည်သူ့ကာကွယ်ရေးအဖွဲ့(ပကဖ) နှင့် ပြည်သူ့လုံခြုံရေးအဖွဲ့(ပလဖများ)ကို အုပ်ချုပ်ပြီး စစ်ရေးလှုပ်ရှားမှုများကို ပြုလုပ်သည်။​ AA၊ TNLA နှင့် MNDAA အဖွဲ့တွေသည် ဗိုလ်နဂါးဦးဆောင်သည့် MRDA၊ မောင်ဆောင်းခဦးဆောင်သည့် BPLA နှင့် ကျောင်းသားသမဂ္ဂအဖွဲ့ အစရှိတဲ့ NUG လက်အောက်ခံ မဟုတ်သည့် LPDFများကို စစ်ပညာသင်ပေးပြီး လက်နက်ရောင်းပေးသည်။ ကျေးရွာများကို မီးရှို့ဖျက်ဆီးခိုင်းမှုများကို ဆောင်ရွက်ခိုင်းသည်။

(၂) PDF များကို တိုင်းရင်းသားအမည်ခံ KIA၊ KNU၊ CDF ခရစ်ယာန်လက်နက်ကိုင်အဖွဲ့များက လက်နက် တပ်ဆင်ပေးထားသည်။ ခရစ်ယာန်လက်နက်ကိုင်အုပ်စုများသည် အနောက်အုပ်စု၏ လက်ဝေခံများဖြစ်ပြီး လွတ်လပ်ရေးကြိုးပမ်းမှုသမိုင်းတွင် စောဘဦးကြီးသည် အင်္ဂလိပ်အလိုတော် ရိဖြစ်သည်ဟု စွပ်စွဲရေးသားထားသည်။ ပြည်တွင်းစစ်သမိုင်းစခဲ့ပုံမှာ ဂျပန်လက်အောက်မှ ပေါက်ဖွားလာသည့် မြန်မာ့တပ်မတော်ထဲကို အင်္ဂလိပ်မှ လေ့ကျင့်ပေးထားသည့် KNDO လက်နက်ကိုင်တွေ ရောက်လာခဲ့ပြီး ကရင်သေနတ်ကိုင်တပ်တွေ တောခိုခဲ့ပြီး သူပုန်ထကြရာမှ ပြည်တွင်းစစ် သမိုင်းစခဲ့သည်။ သမိုင်းတစ်လျှောက်လုံးတွင် ခရစ်ယာန် လက်နက်ကိုင်အုပ်စုသည် အင်္ဂလိပ်ကိုသာ သစ္စာခံခဲ့ကြောင်းကို PDF များကို သိစေချင်ပြီး ယနေ့ PDF များသည် ခရစ်ယာန်လက်နက်ကိုင်များ၏ လက်အောက်ခံဖြစ်နေကြောင်း တော်လှန်ရေးကို ဘာသာရေး ဖြင့်ချိတ်၍ အမုန်းစကားအား Positive Angle News သတင်းဌာနမှ ၎င်း၏ telegram channel တွင် အယ်ဒီတာအာဘော်အနေဖြင့် ဖော်ပြထားသည်။

(၃) KNU သည် KNU ခေါင်းဆောင်များဖြစ်သည့် စောဘိုမြမှ စောမူတူးစေးဖိုးအထိ စစ်ပွဲ ရပ်အောင်လုပ်ပေးခဲ့မှုများကို ပစ်ပယ်ပြီး CIA၊ OIC က ဒေါ်လာပေးတာကို မျှော်ကာ ခေါင်းဆောင်လုပ်သူများ ကောင်းစားရေးကိုမျှော်ကိုးပြီး ကရင်ပြည်နယ်အား စစ်မြေပြင် ပြန်ဖြစ်အောင်၊ ဘာသာခြားတွေက လူမျို မြေမျိုအောင်လုပ်နေကြသည့် KNU စစ်သွေးကြွ သစ္စာဖောက်ကောင်များကို မြန်မာနိုင်ငံကနေ အမြန်မောင်းထုတ် အပြတ်ရှင်းနိုင်မှ ကရင်ပြည်နယ် တည်ငြိမ်အေးချမ်းတိုးတက်မည်။ ကရင်တိုင်းရင်းသားများအနေဖြင့် ကိုယ့်လူမျိုးထဲက အချို့က မိမိပြည်နယ် မိမိလူမျိုးအပေါ် သစ္စာဖောက်ပြီး ပျက်စီးရာပျက်စီးကြောင်း လုပ်နေတာကို သိနေ လျက် သက်ညှာသနားပေးနေလျှင် မိမိပြည်နယ်အပေါ် သစ္စာဖောက်ရာရောက်ကြောင်း ရေးသားထားသည်။ ထို့ပြင် အကြမ်းဖက်မှုဆိုတာ လက်နက်ကိုင်ဆောင်မှ၊ အကြမ်းဖက်တာမဟုတ်ပဲ အားပေးအားမြှောက် လုပ်နေခြင်းကလည်း သစ္စာဖောက်ရာရောက်ကြောင်း KNU ကိုထောက်ခံခြင်းသည် တိုင်းပြည် သစ္စာဖောက်ဖြစ်ကြောင်း အပြစ်သားအဖြစ်ပုံဖော်ရေးသားမှုကို စစ်ကောင်စီ ဝါဒဖြန့်သည့် အတိုင်ပင်ခံကြီး နော်ခမ်းစိုးနော်ခမ်း facebook account မှ KNU သည် OIC နှင့် CIA မှ အထောက်အပံ့ယူပြီး ဘာသာခြားများ လွှမ်းမိုးပြီး ကရင်မြေကိုဖျက်ဆီးနေကြောင်းနှင့် KNU ကိုထောက်ခံသည့် ကရင်များသည်လည်း သစ္စာဖောက်များဖြစ်ကြောင်း အပြစ်သားများအဖြစ် ဖော်ပြထားသည်။

(၄) ၂၀၂၃ခုနှစ် စက်တင်ဘာလ ၂၄ ရက်နေ့၊ ည ၉နာရီ အချိန်ခန့်တွင် ပဲခူးတိုင်း၊ ထန်းတပင်မြို့နယ်၊ မင်းကြိုင်းကျောင်းထိုင်ဆရာတော် ဦးဝေပုလ္လအား အကြမ်းဖက် KNU/PDF များမှ ကြိမ်တောမြောင် ကျေးရွာအုပ်စု အနောက်မြောင်ကျေးရွာတွင် လုပ်ကြံသတ်ဖြတ်သွားခဲ့သည်ဟု KNUနှင့် PDF သည် ဗုဒ္ဓဘာသာကို ဦးတည်တိုက်ခိုက်နေသည့် အပြစ်သားအဖြစ် ပုံဖော်သည့် အမုန်းစကားကို စစ်ကောင်စီဝါဒဖြန့် နောင်ရိုးဟစ်တိုင် telegram channel တွင် ရေးသားဖော်ပြခဲ့သည်။

အစ္စလာမ်ဘာသာဝင်များနှင့် ရိုဟင်ဂျာများအား ဦးတည်တိုက်ခိုက်သည့်အမုန်းစကားများ

၁) ICJ ရောက် ရိုဟင်ဂျာအမှု ဂမ်ဘီယာနှင့်အတူ ပြင်သစ်ပါဝင်မည်ဟု VOA သတင်းဌာနမှ ဖော်ပြမှုကို ကိုးကားပြီး လူမျိုးလိမ်နာမည်တစ်လုံးနှင့် လုပ်စားနေသည့် ခွေးဝဲစားတွေ အကြိုက် တွေ့စေမည့် စကားမျိုးပြောသွားသည် ပြင်သစ်သမ္မတ၊ အမေရိကန်ပြီးရင် လူမျိုးလိမ်အရေးမှာ ပြင်သစ်သည် မြန်မာပြည်ကို အနှောက်အယှက်ပေးသည့် မုသားအင်ပါယာအဖွဲ့ဟုဆိုကာ

(၂) မြန်မာ့အရေးတွင် ရိုဟင်ဂျာပြသနာပါ ထည့်သွင်းဖြေရှင်းဖို့ အင်ဒိုတောင်းဆိုသည့် သတင်းအား VOA မှ ဖော်ပြမှုကို ကိုးကားပြီး နောက်ဆုံးတော့ ဒီကုလားဘူတာပဲ ဆိုက်တာဟု စစ်ကောင်စီ ဝါဒဖြန့်သည့် Min Chit Oo Telegram channel မှ ဖော်ပြထားသည်။

အမျိုးသမီးများအား ဦးတည်တိုက်ခိုက်သည့်အမုန်းစကားများ

(၂) အမျိုးသမီးများနှင့် ကလေးသူငယ်များအပေါ် လိင်အမြတ်ထုတ်ခြင်း ချက်ချင်းရပ် ခေါင်းစဉ်ဖြင့် ပြုလုပ်သည့် ဆွေးနွေးပွဲအား ကိုးကားပြီး မဲသူခိုးများမြှောက်ပေးလို့ တောထဲရောက်သွားသည့် အကြမ်းဖက်သမားပဒက် (PDF) တွေဘဝက တပ်မတော်က ချေမှုန်းခံရမှာကို ကြောက်ရသလို KNU/KIA က လူတွေရဲ့ လိင်အမြတ်ထုတ်ခြင်းလဲခံရနေရကြောင်းနှင့် PDF အချင်းချင်း လိင်အမြတ်ထုတ်မှုများလဲ ခံနေရသည်။ မိန်းကလေးများသည် NUG မုဒိမ်းအဖွဲ့ထဲမှာ လိင်အပျော်မယ် တွေဖြစ်ကုန်နေပြီလို အမျိုးသမီးများအား စွပ်စွဲရေးသားထားသည့် အမုန်းစကားကို စစ်ကောင်စီဝါဒဖြန့် ဟန်ငြိမ်းဦး၏ Telegram channel ဖြစ်သည့် Ka Ka Han channel တွင် ဖော်ပြထားသည်။

ကာတွန်းဖြင့်ဖော်ပြထားသည့်အမုန်းစကားများ

စစ်ကောင်စီဝါဒဖြန့်နေသူများသည် ယခုနောက်ပိုင်းတွင် ကာတွန်းများဖြင့် ဖော်ပြလာမှုကို ဆက်တိုက် တွေ့လာရပါသည်။

(၁) PDF အဖွဲ့များသည် လူသတ်၊ မိုင်းထောင်၊ ဗုံးခွဲ၊ ရွာဖျက်၊ အိမ်မီးရှို့၊ လုယက်၊ မုဒိန်းကျင့် ပြည်သူကို အမျိုးမျိုး ဒုက္ခပေးနေသည့်အဖွဲ့ဖြစ်တာကြောင့် PDF အသံကြားတာနဲ့ ပြည်သူများကရွံရှာမုန်းတီးနေကြောင်း ကလောင်အမည် မာဃဖြင့် PDF များအား အပြစ်သားများအဖြစ် ကာတွန်းဖြင့် ပုံဖော်ရေးသားထားသည့် အမုန်းစကားအား စစ်ကောင်စီဝါဒဖြန့် ဟန်ငြိမ်းဦး၏ Telegram channel ဖြစ်သည့် Ka Ka Han channel တွင် ဖော်ပြထားသည်။

(၂) ဝရမ်းပြေးများဖြင့် စုဖွဲ့ထားသော NUG အဖွဲ့သည် အကြမ်းဖက်အဖွဲ့ဖြစ်ပြီး ဒေါက်တာဇော်ဝေစိုးနှင့် ဒေါက်တာဆာဆာတို့သည် အကြမ်းဖက်လက်စွဲစာအုပ်ကိုင်ထားပြီး မြန်မာနိုင်ငံအတွင်းတွင် အကြမ်းဖက်မှုမျိုးစုံလုပ်ဖို့ ဦးနှောက်မရှိသည့် PDF များကို မြှောက်ပေးထိုး ကျွေးနေကြောင်း ကလောင်အမည် မာဃ ရေးဆွဲထားသည့် ကာတွန်းဖြင့် စစ်ကောင်စီဝါဒဖြန့် ဟန်ငြိမ်းဦး ၏ Telegram channel ဖြစ်သည့် Ka Ka Han channel တွင် ယှဉ်တွဲဖော်ပြထားသည်။ ကာတွန်းသည် PDF များအား ဒေါက်တာဇော်ဝေစိုးက လူစည်ကားသည့် စျေး၊ ရထားလမ်းများတွင် မိုင်းထောင်ခိုင်း၊ ရွာများကိုဖျက်ဆီးပြီး လူသတ်ခိုင်းမှုကို ဖုန်းဖြင့် ပြောကြားနေပုံကို ရေးဆွဲထားခြင်း ဖြစ်သည်။

(၃) PDF အဖွဲ့သည် အကြမ်းဖက်အဖွဲ့မှန်းမသိခင်က ပြည်သူတွေအနေနဲ့ ယုံစားပြီး ထောက်ပံ့မှုများပြု လုပ်ခဲ့ကြပြီး ပြည်သူကမွေး ပြည်သူကကျွေးတာစားပြီး ပြည်သူကို နည်းမျိုးစုံဖြင့် ဒုက္ခပြန်ပေးပြီး အနိုင်ကျင့်နှိပ်စက် သတ်ဖြတ်နေသည့် အကြမ်းဖက်သမားများဖြစ်ကုန်ပြီဟု ကလောင်အမည် အိုင်ဒီယာ ရေးဆွဲထားသည့် ကာတွန်းဖြင့် စစ်ကောင်စီဝါဒဖြန့် ဟန်ငြိမ်းဦး ၏ Telegram channel ဖြစ်သည့် Ka Ka Han channel တွင် ယှဉ်တွဲဖော်ပြထားသည်။ ကာတွန်းတွင် PDF များမှ ဘုန်းကြီးနှင့် ပြည်သူတစ်ဦးကို သေနတ်ဖြင့် ပစ်သတ်နေသည့်ပုံနှင့် နေအိမ်တစ်ခုအား မီးရှို့နေခြင်းကို လူကြီးနှစ်ဦးက ရပ်ကြည့်ကာ သူတို့ကိုယ်သူတို့တော့ ပြည်သူ့ကာကွယ် ရေးတပ်လို့ ခေါ်တာပဲ၊ ပြီးတော့ ပြည်သူတွေကိုပဲ လိုက်ဒုက္ခပေးနေတော့တာဟု ပြောကြားနေပုံကို ရေးဆွဲထားခြင်းဖြစ်သည်။ စစ်ကောင်စီဝါဒဖြန့်ကာတွန်းများကို အများဆုံး ရေးဆွဲသည့် ကာတွန်းရေးဆွဲသူနှစ်ဦးမှာ မာဃနှင့် အိုင်ဒီယာတို့ဖြစ်ကြသည်။

KNUနှင့်KIO/KIA အဖွဲ့များအား ဘာသာရေးနှင့်ချိတ်ဆက်၍ ပြောကြားထားသည့်အမုန်းစကားများ

KIO/KIA, KNU, KNDF နှင့် CNF တို့သည် ခရစ်ယာန်ဘာသာဝင်တွေဖြစ်ပြီး ပြည်ပမှ ဘာသာတူကြေး စားများကို ခေါ်ယူပြီး ဗုဒ္ဓဘာသာအသိုင်းအဝိုင်းကို ရည်ရွယ်ချက်ရှိရှိ တိုက်ခိုက်မှုများ လုပ်လာခြင်းကို ERO နယ်မြေအချို့တွင် တွေ့နေရသည်။ စစ်ကိုင်းတိုင်း ကလေးဝမြို့နယ် သစ္စာပန်တောင်းကျေးရွာမှာရှိတဲ့ သဲဖြူဆရာတော်ကြီးရဲ့ မဟာမြိုင်တောရကျောင်းကို KIA/PDF အဖွဲ့များကို ဝင်ရောက်စီးနင်းပြီး ရွှေတိဂုံ ပုံတူတည်ရန် လှူဒါန်းထားသည့် အလှူငွေပေါင်း သိန်းနှစ်သောင်းကျော် ယူဆောင်သွားကြသည်။ စစ်ကိုင်းတိုင်း၊ မုံရွာမြို့နယ်၊ မင်းရွာ၊ မြစ်သာမြစ်အနောက်မြောက်ဘက်အခြမ်းမှာ အလောင်းစည်သူမင်းကြီး တည်ထားခဲ့သည့် ရှေးဟောင်းမြသိန်းတန်စေတီနှင့် အခြားဗုဒ္ဓဘာသာ သာသနိက အဆောက်အဦတွေကို PDF များက မိုင်းခွဲဖျက်ဆီးပြီး ဗုဒ္ဓဘာသာကို တမင်အကြမ်းဖက် ဆောင်ရွက်ခဲ့ကြသည်။

KIO/KIA စစ်တပ်အာဏာသိမ်းပြီးနောက် NUG နှင့်ပေါင်းပြီး GZ များကို စစ်ပညာနှင့် ဖောက်ခွဲရေး သင်တန်းပေးကာ စစ်ကိုင်းတိုင်းအတွင်းရှိ အညာသားများကို ဘာသာမဲ့သူတွေဖြစ်အောင် အမျိုးသားရေးစိတ် ပျက်ပြားအောင် စနစ်တကျဆောင်ရွက်မှုသည် CIA ၏ Missionary ကို KIO/KIA နှင့် NUG ဘာသသာမဲ့ များက အကောင်အထည်ဖော်ကာ ဗုဒ္ဓဘာသာနှင့် ရဟန်းသံဃာ ၁၀၀ နီးပါး သတ်ဖြတ်ခဲ့ကြသည်။



တဖက်တွင်လည်း KNU သည် ဗုဒ္ဓဘာသာဝင်များ၏ အထွတ်အမြတ်ထားရာ ကျိုက်ထီးရိုးစေတီ ဘုရားဖူးပြည်သူတွေကို အကြမ်းဖက်ပစ်ခတ်ခဲ့ပြီး ကျိုက်ထီးရိုးစေတီတောင်တက်လမ်းကို ဖောက်ခွဲ ဖျက်ဆီး ပြီး CIA ရဲ့ Missionary ကို အကောင်အထည်ဖော်ခဲ့ခြင်းဖြစ်သည်။ (ခြင်းကျား(မအူပင်)၊ “ပြည်ပကြေးစားတပ်နှင့် ပူးပေါင်းတဲ့ ERO မှန်သမျှ NC​A ငြိမ်းချမ်းရေးတံခါးနဲ့မထိုက်တန်ပါ”_ Bullet News Journal Vol(5),No(27)၊ စာ ၁၆၊၁၇)

စစ်ကောင်စီသည် တော်လှန်ရေးတွင်ပါဝင်နေသည့် အမျိုးသမီးများအား လိင်အမြတ်ထုတ်ခံနေရ ကြောင်း၊ လိင်အပျော်မယ်များဖြစ်နေကြောင်း၊ တော်လှန်ရေးတွင်ပါဝင်နေသည့်အဖွဲ့အစည်းများသည် အမျိုးသမီးများအား လိင်အမြတ်ထုတ်မှုကို အမြဲကြိုးစားနေကြောင်း စသည့်အချက်များဖြင့် တော်လှန်ရေး ပုံရိပ်များကို ပျက်ပြားအောင် အစဉ်မြဲဝါဒဖြန့်နေမှုကိုတွေ့ရှိရသည်။

  PDFများသည် ပြည်သူများကို သတ်သည့်အပြင် ရဟန်းသံဃာများကို သတ်ဖြတ်နေကြောင်း အကြမ်းဖက် အဖွဲ့များအဖြစ် ပုံဖော်ရေးသားဖော်ပြကြသည်။ ထို့ပြင် PDF များသည် ခရစ်ယာန်ဘာသာဝင်များဖြစ်သည့် KIA နှင့် KNU လက်နက်ကိုင်အဖွဲ့များ၏ ကြိုးကိုင်ချယ်လှယ်မှုများကို ခံနေရပြီး ဗုဒ္ဓဘာသာ ပျက်စီးအောင် ဆောင်ရွက်နေကြသည်။ အခွန်ကောက်ခံသည့်ကိစ္စနှင့် ပတ်သက်ပြီး NUG သည် PDF များကို မထောက်ပံ့နိုင် တော့သည့်အတွက်ကြောင့် PDF များသည် ဓားပြတိုက် ဆက်ကြေး ကောက်မှုများကို ပြုလုပ်လာသည်ဟု စွပ်စွဲပြောဆိုမှုများကို တွေ့လာရသည်။ ယခုလတွင် PDF များသည် အချင်းချင်း သတ်ဖြတ်မှုများကို ဆက်တိုက်ပြုလုပ်လာသည်ဟု ဝါဒဖြန့်မှုများကို အလေးပေးဖော်ပြနေသည်ကို တွေ့ရှိရသည်။ ထို့ပြင် PDF များသည် ခရစ်ယာန်အဖွဲ့များဖြစ်သည့် KNU,KIA/KIO၊CNF တို့နှင့် ပူးပေါင်းပြီး ဗုဒ္ဓဘာသာပျက်စီးအောင်နှင့် ပြည်သူများ၏ အသက်အန္တရာယ်ကို ခြိမ်းခြောက်မှုများကို ဆောင်ရွက်သည့်အတွက် ပြည်သူများကို ကာကွယ်ရန် စစ်ကောင်စီ လက်အောက်မှ ပြည်သူ့စစ်များကို အားကောင်းအောင်ပြင်ဆင်ပြီး ပြန်လည် တိုက်ထုတ်မည်ဟု အမျိုးသားရေး အင်အားစုများမှ စတင်အကောင်အထည်ဖော်မှုများကို တွေ့လာရသည်။



   စစ်တပ်သည် ဝါဒဖြန့်ရာတွင် စစ်တပ်နှင့် နိုင်ငံတော်ကို ခွဲမရဆိုသည့် ရှုထောင့်ကနေ ဝါဒဖြန့်သည်ကို တွေ့ရှိရသည်။ စစ်တပ်နှင့် နိုင်ငံတော်ခွဲခြားမရသည့်အကြောင်းကို ပဒေသရာဇ် စနစ်ကို သာဓကပြ ဖော်ပြ လေ့ရှိသည်။ ပထမမြန်မာနိုင်ငံတော်၊ ဒုတိယမြန်မာနိုင်ငံတော်နှင့် တတိယမြန်မာနိုင်ငံတို့ ပျက်စီးရခြင်းသည် ဘုရင့်တပ်မတော် အင်အားလျော့ကျပျက်စီးမှုကြောင့်ဖြစ်သည်ဟု အကြောင်းပြကာ ယခုတော်လှန်ရေးတွင် ပါဝင်နေသည့် အားကောင်းသည့် လက်နက်ကိုင် တပ်ဖွဲ့ဝင်မျာဖြစ်သည့် KIA၊ KNU နှင့် CDF တို့သည် ခရစ်ယာန်အုပ်စု တပ်များဖြစ်ပြီး နိုင်ငံခြား အထောက်အပံ့ယူကာ ပြည်ပကြေးစားများကို ခေါ်သွင်းကြပြီး မြန်မာ့တပ်မတော်ကို ပျက်စီးအောင်နှင့် ဗုဒ္ဓဘာသာကို ဖျက်ဆီးကာ ဗမာ-ဗမာချင်းသတ်ရန် ကြိုးပမ်းနေ သည်ဟူသည့် စွပ်စွဲချက်များကို ရေးသားလာကြသည်။ စစ်ကောင်စီသည် အွန်လိုင်းနှင့် ပုံနှိပ်မီဒီယာ နှစ်ခုလုံးတွင် NUG နှင့် PDF များသည် EROနှင့် ပူပေါင်းကာ ဗုဒ္ဓဘာသာကို ဖျက်ဆီးအောင် ပူးပေါင်း ဆောင်ရွက်နေသည်ဟူသည့် ဝါဒမှိုင်းအား ယခုလတွင် အသားပေးဝါဒဖြန့်လာသည်ကို တွေ့ရှိရသည်။
